The Kamino cloning facilities were shut down in Canon shortly after the end of the war, leaving only one more generation of troopers to be grown/trained. As in Legends, the decision was based primarily on the high cost of cloning, which was no longer necessary without a large-scale conflict.
But why? There have been various reasons for this very briefly touched on in expanded universe offerings. One reason being that the clones were too expensive to produce and raise. Another being that getting citizens to sign up to fight for the Empire made those same citizens and their families more loyal to the Empire.
Why did Palpatine want Stormtroopers instead of clones?
With the clone army, Palpatine could convince the Senate that the Republic was capable of fighting a war and doing it without endangering citizens on the front lines. However, with the Empire in place, Palpatine needed enforcers who would encourage patriotic fanaticism more than he needed perfect soldiers.
After Order 66 caused the deaths of Jedi all over the galaxy and Palpatine became the Emperor, the need for clone troopers greatly decreased. During the first years of Imperial rule, the clones acted as Stormtroopers, but eventually, cloning production halted, and the Empire began recruiting regular humans instead.
After Order 66 and the whole restructuring of the Republic into the Empire, the clones became the first stormtroopers. Unfortunately however Palpatine decided to end the production of more clones and to fill the ranks of the army with enlisted soldiers.

Did any clones regret Order 66?
At the time, many clones did not see it this way, due to the inhibitor chip forcing their hand in destroying the Jedi. However, Star Wars has made it clear when focusing on the clones after Order 66 that they slowly regretted their actions after their nightmares came to pass.

In most canonically documented cases, Stormtroopers also received regular pay in Imperial credits. However, due to the nature of the Empire's conscription program, much of that pay didn't stay with the soldiers themselves. That's because many recruits sent their pay directly back to their families on their homeworlds.

Over time, the existence of Inquisitorius and its members became a source of disdain and frustration for other branches of the Empire. Some Imperial officers disliked the interference of Inquisitors, such as Admiral Kassius Konstantine who had no tolerance for assumed conjurers and mystics.
Most Clone Troopers respect and revere their Jedi Generals, but Clone Commander Faie and his troops had mutual feelings of distaste for Vos, and likely would have believed him to be a traitor even without their brainwashing being activated.

The Alpha-Class ARC Troopers were the deadliest clones in the Republic army. They were trained personally by Jango Fett and lacked the mental modifications other clone troopers had received. Their free-thinking nature meant many Alpha clone troopers refused to follow Order 66.
The two clones actually met their demise in the same arc. Hardcase and Waxer. In my opinion the saddest death was 99's death and every time I see it I can't help but tear up. The second saddest was 5's he died because everyone thought he was crazy about order 66 when really the Kaminoan drugged him.
That would be Kix. Due to his being frozen in stasis by the Separatists, he survived for 50 years after the end of the Clone Wars before being awakened by a pirate gang several years before the events of the sequel trilogy. Kix, Able, or that one Delta squad guy that appeared in legacy of the Force.
Vader did not hunt for Yoda in any cinematic depiction. He and Sidious could not find Yoda as he had exiled himself on the planet Dagobah which had strong dark side energy that masked Yoda's presence in the Force.
These clones help the crew of the Ghost in their fight against the Empire, and eventually join the Rebel Alliance. Rebels established that in the years after the Clone Wars, the Empire gradually replaced the aging clones with the less effective but more numerous stormtroopers.
