Imprisonment and fall from graceLucius Malfoy's failure at the Department of Mysteries combined with accidentally destroying part of Voldemort's soul with the diary of Tom Riddle resulted in his loss of any standing with the Dark Lord. Some believed that he was safer in Azkaban than being free.
Despite being a valued Death Eater in the days before Voldemort fell following his attack on baby Harry, Lucius stumbled out of favor with the Dark Lord when he squandered Riddle's diary (secretly a horcrux) in Chamber of Secrets and failed to obtain the prophecy in Order of the Phoenix.
However, because Draco didn't kill Dumbledore himself, the Malfoys were no longer held in high regard by the Dark Lord, who commandeered their home as his base of operations, and his favour fell on Bellatrix Lestrange, Lucius's sister-in-law, and Severus Snape, Lucius's former protégé, since he killed Dumbledore.
After Dumbledore's death at the hands of Severus Snape and the Death Eaters' escape from Azkaban in 1997, the Malfoys had fallen out of favour with the Dark Lord. They were extremely uncomfortable with having their home used as his base of operations.
Lucius Malfoy did nothing to dispel this hateful impression and was a fully signed up supporter of pure-blood supremacy. In fact, he was in Lord Voldemort's closest circle as a Death Eater. He despised Muggles, Muggle-borns, those he saw as blood traitors and tried to instil those values in his family.
In fact, Lucius' own support to Voldemort is revealed to come only under some form of duress, which is likely Narcissa's Veela Allure. When Lucius turns on Voldemort due to the reveal of his Horcruxes, Narcissa divorces him, taking 75% of Malfoy's wealth with her.
Having gone through the horrors of the second wizarding war as a Death Eater, Draco abandoned the pure-blood beliefs he was originally devoted to, and grew to become a better person than he was in his youth, growing more tolerant and accepting of the non-pure-bloods of the wizarding world.
By Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, it's a stretch to call Draco a villain anymore. We just watched — or read — him struggle to reconcile his choices and morals in The Half-Blood Prince. He can no longer justify his actions, and is far more aware of the evil he was born and raised into.
During the final battle, Bellatrix was the last Death Eater standing. She was eventually killed in a duel by Molly Weasley after her attempted murder of Ginny Weasley. Before her death, Bellatrix secretly gave birth to an illegitimate daughter named Delphini, whom she conceived with her beloved master, Lord Voldemort.
During this year, Narcissa became pregnant and miscarried. She was distraught and uncertain of what to tell Lucius, as she had not told him of her pregnancy. Shortly thereafter, he brought her out to the Leaky Cauldron to visit with his friends Vettlingar Yaxley and Thorfinn Rowle.
As much as people romanticize Snape's infatuation with Lily, the fact she did not love him back romantically is ignored. The fact Snape and Lily were only friends, and she only saw it as such, reveals a lot about his refusal to respect her boundaries.
Although he wasn't turned into a werewolf, he did develop some wolfish tendencies such as a liking for very rare steaks. He married Fleur on 1 August 1997, although their wedding was disrupted by the arrival of Death Eaters following the fall of the Ministry of Magic.
In his memoir, Felton said that Fiennes improvised Voldemort awkwardly hugging Draco Malfoy. "It gave me goosebumps then, and the memory gives me goosebumps now," Felton wrote.
Narcissa and her husband, Lucius Malfoy, were shown to have an affectionate and loving relationship. He gave in to her wishes when she wanted their son to attend Hogwarts, rather than Durmstrang.
Because of Harry's relationship with the Black family, he is also related to Draco Malfoy and his son Scorpius. Draco's mother is Narcissa Lestrange whose birth name was Narcissa Black. Her bloodline goes back to Urula Flint and Phineas Nigellus Black who, as mentioned earlier, are related to the Weasleys.
Draco's belief in the superiority of Pure-Blood status influenced his prejudiced behavior, including calling Hermione a "Mudblood," but he eventually sought redemption by breaking away from the Death Eaters and saving Harry's life.
Malfoy thought Harry was a dark wizard, he tried to befriend Harry but he refused because of the way Malfoy treated Ron whom he already made friends with. That's why Malfoy hate Harry for turning him down.
J.K. Rowling says Draco doesn't have a patronus because he never learned the spell but I think it's because he doesn't have any powerful happy memories to use. He has tons of happy memories... He had an amazing childhood. However, she also said Snape was the only Death Eater who could produce a Patronus.
At the Quidditch World Cup, Draco is quick to sneer at the Trio, and warn them to keep Hermione out of sight - as a Muggle-born, she could well be a target for the wizards rioting and tormenting the Muggle camp-owner.
Throughout the 1996–1997 school year, Draco Malfoy would go to the washroom to find company with Moaning Myrtle, confiding the stress of his mission and fear of failing it.
Their first kiss happens on the front steps of Malfoy Manor. Harry brings Draco his wand after speaking at his trial, “This is yours; thank you.” And this time, Draco won't let him walk away. Harry turns to leave and Draco grabs his arm, turns him back and kisses him.
In the books, Pansy Parkinson has a schoolgirl crush on Draco, and they went together to the Yule Ball. However, there was no true love between them. In the Cursed Child, Draco Malfoy's wife is Astoria Greengrass. Later, after Astoria's death, Draco says that he would “sell [his] soul for another minute with Astoria.”
Ginny is introduced in the first book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, as the youngest sibling and only daughter of Arthur and Molly Weasley. She becomes Harry's main love interest and eventually marries him at the end of the series. She is portrayed by Bonnie Wright in all eight Harry Potter films.
