Did Anakin use the Force to make Padmé fall in love with him?
The Force ability only works on weak-minded individuals, which discredits the theory of Anakin using it on Padme, as Padme Amidala is everything but weak-minded. She was already the youngest Queen of the planet of Naboo, and one of the youngest senators within the Republic senate, during the time of the Clone Wars.
Anakin “knew she is going to die” and he “knows he can't have [the life he wants with Padmé and their babies]” and his quest to save her from death is “going against the Fates and what is natural.” He didn't seek to heal a wound, to cure an illness, to keep his wife safe during childbirth.
Anakin does not have even the slightest bit of remorse. By the end, he feels nothing but anger. Although he feels regret for killing Padme, he still helps the evil Emperor. The film ends with Anakins standing side by side with the man on whose behalf he has committed all his crimes.
But after she died in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, he didn't leave the dark side behind. Over the course of the Star Wars prequels, Anakin's fall to the dark side is full of irony. He only wanted to care for his friends and family, and his need to keep Padme alive drove him.

Would Padmé still be alive if Anakin didn't turn?
Sadly the Clone Wars would have still happened, but Padmé would have also survived, giving birth to Luke and Leia who would have probably been inducted into the Jedi Order. As for what would have happened between the two, with their marriage and all, that's a bit tricky.
Anakin's vision did come true, as Padmé, heartbroken by her husband's downfall, loses her will to live and succumbs while giving birth to twins. Before her death, Padmé still believed there was still good left in Anakin and that one day he could be saved with the help of their children.
When Anakin had to choose between losing Padme — fearing that she might die in childbirth — or turning to evil to “save” her from death, he chose evil. His desire to “save” her at all costs led Anakin to the dark side. For him, the dark side became a means of saving his loved one.
And he's already murdered Mace Windu at Palpatine's behest, more or less by stabbing the Jedi in the back. The canonical comic Star Wars: Darth Vader #7 confirms the younglings' deaths caused Anakin grief, self-loathing, hatred, and pain, fueling his descent even further into the Dark Side.
Because of Anakin's attachment to his wife, her potential death was the perfect excuse to step in and make false promises about the Sith. Palpatine even offered a way to save Padmé, and that the Sith could help preserve life. Of course, he never intended to save her, as she'd complicate his plans for Anakin.
Force healing has been featured throughout Legends-era non-movie material, as well as canon's Star Wars: The Clone Wars, The Mandalorian, and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. While Force healing could have saved Padmé, material from both continuities explains why Anakin couldn't use it.
Thus, he never had any romantic relationships again after Padme's death. Even if he wanted to, I highly doubt he could have after all the injuries he sustained on Mustafar, anyway. If this were real life, he would have died on Mustafar after Obi-Wan chopped off his limbs and left him to burn alive.
Though Anakin's affection for Padmé was always sullied by darkness, in the end, it led to one of the truest forms of love that Anakin had ever known and Star Wars has ever seen — that between a father and a son.
Anakin Hated Obi-Wan Because of an Imagined Relationship With Padme. Although Padme and Obi-Wan's affair couldn't have been further from the truth, Anakin apparently built up a scenario in his mind, which was only heightened by the Jedi Council's obfuscation in other areas.
“The tear [on Anakin's face] says that he knows what he's done, but he has now committed himself to a path that he may not agree with… but he is going to go on anyway. It's the one moment that says he's self-aware that he's rationalizing all his behavior.
Obi-Wan spared Anakin despite knowing killing him would "burn his heart to ash" and feeling regret for what Anakin could have become. Obi-Wan's decision to spare Anakin was influenced by the dark feeling that accompanied Emperor Palpatine's arrival, preventing him from finishing him off.
First, Palpatine did not know the truth about what had happened to Padme. But it was more fun to tell Vader that he had killed her to anger him. Padma was buried with her belly still appearing as if she was pregnant. To any Imperial observers, it would have appeared she had died before birthing any children.
Summary. Padmé Amidala was five years older than Anakin Skywalker during their relationship in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. Though they had a significant age gap, especially given the young age they met at, their relationship could not be avoided, nor could its tragic end.
By the events of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, Luke had accepted that Vader is his father, and his hatred toward his father had completely disappeared, transformed into love and hope, like his late mother, Padmé Amidala, Luke believed there was still good left in Anakin and that he could be redeemed.
Anakin's Force Choke begins the series of injuries that ultimately leads to Padme's death, and convinces Obi-Wan to fight him. Despite this, when Anakin learns of Padme's death, his immediate reaction of grief and regret shatters everything in the lab with a powerful force shockwave.
