Mikasa attempts to protect Eren but Reiner and Bertholdt transform into their Titan forms and attack. Reiner grabs Eren while Bertholdt kidnaps Ymir and Eren, disgusted by his former friends, transforms himself. Eren started to despise Reiner after he revealed himself as the Armored Titan.
Reiner reprimands Eren for his attitude and points Eren to Annie, convincing him to try to attack her as punishment for slacking off. Annie makes quick work of Eren and immediately turns on Reiner, beating him for trying to instigate a fight.
However, he is also revealed to have serious emotional and mental problems as a result of his actions, displaying symptoms of dissociative identity disorder.
Because the mission was to capture Eren and bring him back, not for Reiner or Bertholdt to BECOME the Founding Titan by eating him. The Marleyean Warrior Unit does not seem to hand out multiple titan powers to one person.

As a last resort Reiner transferred his consciousness to his body's nervous system and then Bertholdt flipped Reiner over so he could regenerate without his weak spot open and be attacked again.
Why did Annie try to kidnap Eren? Secondly since he was the attack Titan there was a high chance he also had the founding Titan in him. Excluding this the reason she kidnapped him was to bring him back to Marley to have a warrior from there eat eren.
Definitely Eren, remember in season 2 during the big revelation and betrayal Eren at that time didn't have any hardening but still able to get the upper hand against Reiner Armored Titan.
Since Armin was the Colossal Titan, he did inherit Bertholdt's memories, since he was the previous wielder. There is speculation that Armin only thinks he likes Annie romantically because of inherited feelings from Bertholdt.
Suddenly, Armin begins to yell that Jean must avenge "that suicidal blockhead," referring to Eren. He yells that she killed him in her rampage through the formation.
Armin is a masculine name of Ancient Persian and Old German origins to help baby build up their armor. Coming from the name Arminius, it translates to “whole” or “universal,” reminding baby to appreciate each and every aspect of their life.

Many years later out of guilt he worked in her orphanage in secret until Historia approached him in order to have a baby, later the two have a daughter and are now married.
At the Animagic 2014 series panel, producer George Wada confirmed that Ymir and Historia are "indeed a couple", which confirms that Historia in fact has romantic feelings for Ymir.
