After her escape with Clone Force 99, a group of renegade clone commandos, shortly after the formation of the Galactic Empire, the Kaminoans wanted her back so they could create superior clones to keep the Empire's business.
Omega may have been specifically made as a backup clone template. If this is the case, it was a wise choice by the Kaminoans, as Jango was killed minutes before the Battle of Geonosis began, leaving them with a finite supply of his DNA to use for more clone troopers.
In The Bad Batch season 2 ending, it seemed as though the Empire was capturing Omega solely as an incentive to get Nala Se, the Kaminoan scientist behind the creation of the clone troopers in Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones, to work.
The Empire Needed Omega To Force Nala Se's Compliance
Nala Se was one of the chief scientists of the cloning program on Kamino, and Omega was, essentially, her assistant – but could also be considered her pet project.
Season 1 of The Bad Batch saw the Kaminoan Prime Minister Lama Su recruit the bounty hunter Cad Bane to bring Omega back to Kamino, in hopes of using her to resume cloning operations and prove Kamino's worth to the Empire.

Nala Se cared enough about her young assistant to keep her safe through all means, including purposefully sabotaging the efforts of Crosshair to subdue the child. Nala Se showed concern for Omega's welfare and safety, so much that she would go against Lama Su's orders to ensure that Omega would be protected.
Although she was a female, unlike Fett, she was one of only two clones that were pure genetic copies of the original Fett template—the other being Boba Fett (Alpha)—though Omega was unaware of this until later on in her childhood.
Omega is the key to Project: Necromancer, her blood is the key to supporting a positive M-Count transfer. The Emperor's vault on Tantiss is full of secret specimens waiting for an M-Count transfer and Omega can finally help the Palpatine achieve the goal he was working on throughout the entire Prequels: eternal life.
Omega is based off of Arla Fett, Jango Fett's sister from Star Wars Legends. Omega was the first of three female clones of Jango Fett to be introduced into Star Wars Canon, the others being Emerie Karr and Sister. The latter being transgender while Omega and Karr were engineered to be female from birth.
Jyn Erso references "Mark Omega" in Rogue One, potentially connecting to The Bad Batch season 3. Rogue One's Imperial projects and plans could be linked to the Empire's hunt for Omega in the animated series. The Bad Batch has already explained Project War-Mantle, suggesting more connections could potentially come.

All across Kamino, the Empire destroyed Kaminoan facilities and cities, destroying the civilization and leaving its buildings sink into the waters they stood atop. Tipoca City soon slipped beneath the waves. Clone troopers Cade and Slip took part in the destruction of Tipoca City as crew aboard Rampart's destroyer.
In canon, the commandos of Clone Force 99, a.k.a. “The Bad Batch,” had varying physiques due to their modifications or cybernetics. Boba Fett was unique among Jango's clones for having no differences from his template, as an unaltered clone. Another unaltered clone, Omega, is a female version of Jango Fett.
As the show concluded, Omega informed Hunter that she would be joining the Rebellion as a pilot. Given the Bad Batch finale's place in the Star Wars timeline, this would put Omega in the Rebellion prior to A New Hope. This could very well mean that Omega will appear in an upcoming Star Wars project.

Between Alphas and Betas, only females can carry on a pregnancy, but male Omegas are often envisaged as being able to become pregnant via a uterus connected to the rectum, and Alphas can impregnate regardless of their main gender.
Only Alphas can initiate a mark, and it's pretty much a claim on an Omega, showing that the said Omega is their mate. They'll bite down on an Omega's scent gland, marking them as their partner. Only then can an Omega mark their Alpha back.
Existing tests to measure the Omega-3 Index have required drawing large volumes of blood and complicated laboratory work to analyze their omega-3 fatty acid content. As a result, most clinicians do not routinely measure O3I.
And as far as is known in canon, Jango Fett was never Force-sensitive, despite his reputation as the galaxy's best bounty hunter. So, given the core concept of a clone, this would suggest that each shares the exact same midi-chlorian count, meaning it's seemingly impossible for any of them to be Force-sensitive.
