So, they rebuilt Chucky to prove he's just a normal doll — he's not. Another killing spree ensues and Chucky has the same goal: To transfer his soul into Andy's body. Fortunately, Andy now had a cool new foster sister named Kyle who helped him escape Chucky.
Unfortunately, as is so often the case, that Good Guy doll has been possessed by the spirit of a serial killer, the notorious Charles Lee Ray. After gruesomely murdering several people in Andy's life, Chucky attempts to transfer his soul into Andy so that he can be a real boy.
However, Chucky now realizes he is able to set a new goal to become human again, and reveals his true self to another boy named Tyler. Chucky confronts Andy in his boarding room and reveals that he intends to transfer his personality into a different child's body: Tyler, who Andy had befriended earlier in the film.

He and his mother flee upstairs and hide inside a closet, bringing along a small pocketknife for protection. By the time the killer finds their hiding spot, however, Mrs. Ray is dead, stabbed by her own son. His first-ever kill.
As if Chucky wasn't bad enough both as a human and a doll, the novelization of Child's Play 2 reveals that he actually killed his own mother. Before becoming a murderous toy, Chucky was of course a human serial killer named Charles Lee Ray, dubbed The Lakeshore Strangler by the police.

Andy Barclay is portrayed by actor Alex Vincent in the original Child's Play film, Child's Play 2, Curse of Chucky, Cult of Chucky and in the Chucky television series. Justin Whalin played Andy in Child's Play 3, while Gabriel Bateman played Andy in the 2019 reboot of Child's Play.
Despite inside the body of a doll, Chucky can feel pain and can bleed when injured, and has a large scar with stitches on his face. He used many weapons including guns, but mostly an axe or a knife to kill people who buy or sees him killing someone.
At the end of the film, Andy, his mother Karen, and two police detectives, Mike Norris and Jackie Santos, try to fight off Chucky. Racking up the kills together from all seven movies, Chucky has killed a total of 67 people. For Chucky being a pint-sized killer doll, he has enough expertise and weapons to kill more people in Chucky season 2.
When an argument reveals that Chucky had no intention of marrying her, an outraged and hurt Tiffany confines him in a playpen and taunts him with a Wedding Belle doll. Chucky breaks out of the pen and electrocutes Tiffany in her bath, killing her.
