Miguel told Miles his father needs to die to ensure the safety of hthat entire universe. Without that “cannon event” reality itself could fall apart, killing everyone. And since Miles is “the anomaly,” Miguel also fears interfering with fate could impact every world.
It's hard to imagine Miles will let his father die, so if he does save his life, then what will happen to his universe and the Spider-Verse? It could destroy everything as we know it. But before any of that comes to pass, Miles will have to deal with Prowler-Miles and his Uncle Aaron.

Jefferson Davis is the father of Miles Morales. His first appearance in the episode Ultimate Spider-Man, and he was revealed to be the villain Swarm in Generations.
It sends people back to their own dimension by reading their DNA. Except, Miles' DNA no longer identifies him as being from Earth-1610. The spider that bit him rewrote his genetic code with its own. That caused the machine to think Miles comes from Earth-42, the spider's dimension.
This trophy is not time-limited and has no prerequisites to complete, so, whether you're just starting or are in the end-game stages of Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Davis' gravesite can be found and visited at any time.
Notable differences. There is no Spider-Man (since it was supposed to be Miles originally). The overall color scheme of the dimension is different and consists of more red, green, and purple. All of New York is plagued with crime as there is no one to stop them.

Miles was able to save his father, but during the conflict, police accidentally shot his mother, Rio. As she died, Miles revealed to his mother that he was in fact Spider-Man. She told him she was proud of him, but begged him never to tell his father.
Miles Morales in Spider-Verse showcases his power by integrating his abilities with his sense of identity and inner strength. Miles is the strongest Spider-Man because his powers seem to be deeply tied to his emotions, reaching incredibly upper limits when he's pushed to his limits.
Before it could do so, it was transported to Earth-1610B by Alchemax scientists during their testing of Kingpin's collider, leaving Earth-42 without a Spider-Man; Miles would go on to become the Prowler. The spider escaped and bit that world's Miles Morales before dying, transforming Miles into Spider-Man.
The Spot, on the other hand, is incredibly petty and upset about being made fun of and viewed unfairly, to the point where this fuels his desire to destroy the universes of every Spider-Person ever, and even believes Miles' role in destroying the collider is what led to his new form.
On Earth-42, the absence of Spider-Man resulted in the deterioration of the city and a darker path for the Miles Morales in that universe, who became The Prowler.
Miles, as Spider-Man, arrived to help, awkwardly trying to hide his identity in his interactions with his uncle. After Miles finished the job, Aaron gave Miles a free year-long subway pass and revealed he knew his secret identity as Spider-Man, urging him to come to him if he was ever in trouble.
