Due to his actions in the series, most infamously killing Fives, Fox is considered one of the most hated clones in the Star Wars community. Fox is the only regularly-recurring clone in The Clone Wars whose face was never revealed.
Commander Fox was a male human clone who stood at 1.83 meters, a physical trait he inherited from his template Jango Fett. He was also a fearless soldier who led the elite Coruscant Guard shock troopers into combat, and was always the first to charge into battle.

He didn't know Fives, so all he had to go on were reports and what Palpatine told him. From his perspective, Fives was a dangerous traitor. Palpatine told Fox to kill Fives, it's unlikely he didn't after that little clip of Palpatine and Fox before Fox goes to that warehouse.
They were loyal to their Jedi Generals and the Supreme Chancellor; though some clones questioned their service, leading to isolated cases of desertion and treason, most were proud to serve the Republic as it was the only life they had ever known.
In those movies, Mace was someone who loved confrontation, with his bullish ways usually winning arguments. However, he rubbed many the wrong way, and as the novel detailed, he was someone vehemently against Anakin joining the Jedi Order.
Anakin Hated Obi-Wan Because of an Imagined Relationship With Padme. Although Padme and Obi-Wan's affair couldn't have been further from the truth, Anakin apparently built up a scenario in his mind, which was only heightened by the Jedi Council's obfuscation in other areas.
Summary. Anakin Skywalker's murder of the younglings was fueled by his grief, self-loathing, and desire to save Padmé. Converting the younglings to the Dark Side was not an option because their loyalty to the Empire could not be guaranteed.
The added risk Darth Vader takes in allowing children to live in a situation where he could have killed them proves that he regrets killing Younglings and will avoid harming any more children for the rest of his days, though intense intimidation is a dark strategy to avoid repeating his Youngling massacre.
What did the clones think happened to Anakin? Nothing much. They probably thinks that he died at some point during the Great Jedi Purge, or that he is one of the Jedi survivors. Most of the 501st Legion know that Darth Vader is Anakin Skywalker, they were with him during Order 66.
The invasion then brought waves of battle droids, with the clone troopers surrounded and fighting to their final soldier. Thorn, standing as the last of his troopers, destroyed several battle droids in his defense, but was soon killed after multiple blaster shots to the chest.
Cody's eyes finally opened, and he realized that the Empire was not really fighting for peace and order, as he strongly believed, and soon after, he deserted them. Commander Cody, was not seen again after that for the rest of the show, leaving his ultimate fate unknown.
Grey began to see the truth, realizing that his programming had suppressed his free will during Order 66. He ultimately sacrificed himself to save Dume from the clones who were trying to kill the young Jedi.
