Sookie and Bill's relationship falls apart when his maker, Lorena, entraps him in Mississippi. In Club Dead, the relationship decisively ends when Eric discovers and informs Sookie about Bill's mission to investigate her for the Vampire Queen of Louisiana.
Sookie remained loyal to Bill until the end of Season 3, when she learns that Bill had originally been sent by Queen Sophie-Anne Leclerq to spy on her, and in Season 4, when she begins to reciprocate Eric's affections.

Did Sookie lose her virginity to Bill?
In the course of the first novel, Dead Until Dark, Sookie loses her virginity to the vampire Bill. She does it outside of wedlock, without apology or regret, but she doesn't see herself as a loose woman by any means.
