After Loki died and returned multiple times (as mentioned in Korg's monologue at the beginning of the movie), Loki perished for good at the hands of Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War, right before Thor's eyes. His death deeply impacted Thor, and it's fitting that he got tattoos to honor his brother.

Is Loki a good guy now?
Loki, despite his past actions, is given a chance to be a "good guy" and redeem himself, unlike other villains. Loki's popularity and sympathetic persona contribute to his extensive redemption, making him one of the MCU's beloved characters.
At the end of Thor, Loki knows the truth, and Frigga knows that Loki knows, but at no point does Thor find out the whole truth. In The Avengers, Thor says "He is adopted," so he must have learned the truth sometime between the events depicted onscreen.
Ages ago, Odin fought and defeated Laufey and the Frost Giants of Jotunheim in a great war. Abandoned and left for dead as a baby due to his diminutive size, Odin took Loki, son of Laufey, to Asgard to raise him as his son and a prince in order to one day unite the Frost Giants and the Asgards in peace.
Loki is trickster god causes lots mischief in Norse mythology. He is one of the most well-known gods of Norse mythology. He is at least half-giant; but some report him as being a full-grown giant. Loki's father was Fárbauti and his mother was Laufey.
The most prominent tattoo on Thor's back is his tribute to his late brother, Loki (Tom Hiddleston). A large version of Loki's classic helmet centers his back with the inscription above that reads “RIP Loki.” Between the phrase and the helmet is a headstone.

While Odin's hiding of Loki's true parentage and Thor's demeaning behavior may have influenced Loki, ultimately he is to blame for his villainous actions due to his own issues with self-acceptance and misinterpretation of his upbringing.
During this, Odin will ride to fight Fenrisúlfr. During the battle, Fenrisúlfr will eventually swallow Odin, killing him, and Odin's son Víðarr will move forward and kick one foot into the lower jaw of the wolf. This foot will bear a legendary shoe "for which the material has been collected throughout all time".
After a couple of years, Classic Loki attempts to leave his isolation only for the TVA to be alerted and for him to be taken in as a variant. This clearly shows us that in the Sacred Timeline Loki survived Infinity War and has been living on this unknown planet for the past couple of years.
Tyr; god of war based on the deity Týr, son of Odin is Thor's older brother. Tyr a veteran who lost his left hand while binding the Fenris wolf was the defender of Asgard before the time of Thor. Tyr becomes resentful when Thor replaces him.
