Bonnie's growing detachment prevented Woody from feeling capable of providing her joy. Once Woody surmised that Bonnie didn't need him to be happy, Woody perceived that he could follow in Bo's footsteps and also find new meaning in life as a “Lost Toy”.
She is 6 years old and about to enter kindergarten. By this time, despite Bonnie's promise to Andy, she has begun actively neglecting Woody, to the point where she removes his badge and appoints Jessie as her "sheriff". Despite her neglect, Woody still does his best to ensure Bonnie is happy.
Upon seeing Woody, she turns to grab him, but Andy pulls Woody away, which confuses Bonnie. After seeing how Bonnie loves Woody as much as he does, Andy relents and gives Woody to her, and they play with their toys before Andy finally leaves for college.
But in the rest of the film Andy's gone and while at one point Woody was important enough to Bonnie for her to write her name on him, even by the time the action gets going Bonnie doesn't need him any more; she rarely plays with him and doesn't look for him when he's missing.
Because Bonnie did not view Woody as her favorite toy like Andy did. The interests and perspectives of children change over time as they grow older. While Bonnie may have loved playing with Woody when she was still in daycare, she grew older and began playing with other toys over him.

Gabby Gabby is the main antagonist of Pixar's 21st feature-length animated film Toy Story 4, the fourth installment in the Toy Story franchise.
