For a time, Ant-Man's weakness was his lack of control over his abilities. In that movie, Ant-Man sometimes grew larger or smaller than intended, making combat and infiltration difficult. He once shrank to a child's size, too big for stealth and too small to fight.
Since Ant-Man receives enhanced strength when he is small, he should theoretically be weaker when he is Giant-Man. But either through the use of different Pym Particles or by simply disobeying the laws of science, Scott enjoys enhanced strength and superhuman durability even as Giant-Man.
Without thinking it through, most would make the argument for Hulk or Thor, but Ant-Man has something that trumps them all: PYM PARTICLES! Do you really think Thor can wield Mjölnir when he's the size of a grain of rice?
Weaknesses: The Ant-Man suit can take a physical and mental toll on its wearer over the years. When Giant, he's relatively slower than if he were smaller, and it is hard to get up from a fall.
Ant-Man and The Wasp both wear suits that allow them to shrink and also give them the proportionate strength of an ant. Ants are well known for their super-strength, with some workers being able to carry up to 50 times their own body weight.

A simple lab accident with poisonous gasses even led him to develop schizophrenia, which in turn led him to adopt multiple personas. At different times the original Ant-Man was also Giant Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket, and even the Wasp. (Not to mention a litany of other aliases he adopted over the years.)
Darren Agonistes Cross is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Hank Pym states that he shrinks the distance between atoms. The weight of Scott's body is still the same in that scenario. It would explain why he got lightheaded when he went big, and why as Ant-Man he can throw grown men around while little (because his weight throws off their balance).
After months of work, Pym succeeded in creating his first "cybernetic helmet", which would enable him to communicate with ants through transmitting and receiving psionic/pheromonal/electrical waves. Through this helmet, he managed to control a number of ants who would help him in his adventures as Ant-Man.
Pym then changed directions and had founded Pym Technologies while also retiring as the Ant-Man, vowing never to use his invention again, turning his back on S.H.I.E.L.D. as he had found that Howard Stark and Mitchell Carson had tried to recreate his original designs.

And perhaps the most egregious fault is that Quantumania itself felt like a mishmash of previous Marvel movies — from the way the Quantum Realm was depicted as an alien world (Guardians of the Galaxy) to featuring a kid genius caught up in a problem much bigger than they bargained for (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever or ...
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania by itself was a decent, average movie that had its moments while also having their cringy moments also. But for the beginning/start-up of Phase 5, not going to lie: it sets up Phase 5 very well.
