But Tuesday night, the “Beast” was back--with a two-hour season opener that killed off Linda Hamilton's character, featured much violence and mayhem and proved that chaste romance can't last forever as Catherine gave birth to a child fathered by Vincent.
Vincent recognizes her as the girl he saved nine years before. Eventually, Catherine comes back later on her own, and finds Vincent. He begs her not to tell anyone he's alive, and she leaves, but is intent on getting answers when she sees an article about her mom's death in his belongings.
Before she can, though, Vincent escapes from prison and becomes a fugitive. Vincent later finds Catherine, and tells him he's going to run away in order to protect her from losing her job. Catherine decides to go with Vincent rather than risk losing him again.
Unfortunately, the less desirable ratings spelled out the end for Beauty and the Beast with the drama being cancelled as a result. Fast-forward to 2023 and Vincent's best friend JT Forbes star Austin Basis returned to feature in another hit series.
Several disorders that can be found in this story are Stockholm and Oedipus complex syndrome in Beauty and severe depression in Beast. Beauty's personality is dynamic and changes throughout the story. In the beginning, the story points out that Beauty is a sweet girl and her father likes her, as much as she likes him.
The main problem in Beauty and the Beast is that Belle is too easily convinced. All of a sudden, the Beast's past behavior is easily forgotten about, or even forgiven, and suddenly Belle is charmed and decides that she does love him after all.
Following the death of Catherine, his baby son was captive in the clutches of Gabriel prompting him to take down Gabriel's operations. He does end up surrendering to Gabriel when he hears that his son is ill. This leads up to a rescue mission by Diana and the rest of the "World Below".

A bit later, Vincent is introduced to Catherine — a girl sharing the same name as his girlfriend. The two hit it off at the Stray Sheep, a bar the main cast of the game frequents. Catherine forces herself onto Vincent, later leading to a love-affair as the two return to his apartment.
The true ending is very similar to the good ending. Vincent will marry Catherine and move to the Underworld, but there will be an additional scene where Vincent becomes a demon as well. As a demon, he overthrows Nergal and takes over the throne with a group of succubi surrounding him.
What happens to Vincent at the end? Vincent doesn't die in any of the 8 proper endings, but if you get a game over (and actually follow it through, rather than selecting Retry), you get treated to a little scene where Vincent is discovered dead in his bed in the morning.
Belle runs back to the forest to take his fathers penalty and the Beast immediately falls in love with her and asks her to marry him, every night she refuses, every night he insist. Belle chooses to take this to hand only because she refuses anything bad to happen to her father.
Sadly, after a romance which lasted a couple of years, a man named Gabriel discovered the existence of Vincent, and sought to exploit him. Believing Catherine to be the key to this, he kidnapped her, only to discover she was pregnant with Vincent's child.
The Beast dies in Belle's arms before the last petal falls. Belle tearfully professes her love to the Beast, and the spell is undone, reviving the Beast and restoring his human form along with his servants and castle. The Prince and Belle host a ball for the kingdom, where they dance happily.

Vanessa Chandler (season 1, 3): Catherine and Heather's mother. Vanessa was a doctor working for Muirfield, and was responsible for turning Vincent Keller into a beast. She was killed by Muirfield in front of Catherine.
Eddie tries to escape, but is confronted by Catherine, who shoots and kills him. Afterwards, she & Gabe try to revive him using a defibrillator, hoping the effect will get rid of his beast DNA. The plan fails, and Eddie dies.
