Kingpin, who had been trying to manipulate Poindexter, ordered Felix Manning to kill Barnes when she went to work in order to prevent her from ruining his plans with Poindexter.
Matt, meanwhile, revealed to Poindexter that Fisk had Julie killed in order to send him after Fisk. Elsewhere, Karen and Foggy made Nadeem's video public – something Fisk was rattled to discover in the midst of his happiest moment, as he danced with Vanessa at their wedding reception.
The season three finale, “A New Napkin,” opens with Matt, in his black suit, working his way to Dex by interrogating Manning, who gives him something that he can use by telling him about Julie, Dex's former fixation. Turns out Fisk had her killed, and he knows where the body is.
Under the influence of a spell cast by Billie Jenkins, Dex and "Julie" got married. Once the spell had ended, they tried to make their relationship work, but ultimately annulled the marriage. When Phoebe told Dex the truth about her, he fainted, and their relationship was over.
Now ComicBook.com and Deadline report that Bethel is reprising his role as Dex/Bullseye in Daredevil: Born Again. It's unknown how many episodes Bethel will appear in this time, but we may finally see his character don the traditional Bullseye costume and name.

Why is Dex obsessed with Julie?
She agreed and Poindexter explained that he had been following her because he wanted to act more like her. He asked for her help because he felt like he was drowning and needed someone to turn to.

She is better mother to him, when she decided to turn her life around since Marissa died and a better mother to Kaitlin who both reformed their ways. Julie in the end of Season 4 got her life back together and went back to college and got her degree and flash forward getting her masters degree.
Julie doesn't marry anyone at the end, but both Frank and Bullit are there when she graduates university. And Ryan succeeds as architect and as we see at the end he may help a kid just like Sandy did back in the days for him. I really liked the finale. They wrapped it all up for us in satisfying manner.
Murdock delivered the baby to the Black Widow, leaving her in the heroine's care for a time. When Black Widow tried returning the baby to Daredevil, he tossed the baby off a roof to kill it, under the influence of a strange drug. Black Widow rescued the baby and took it into her care.
When Daredevil's identity is outed to the press by an assistant of Ben Urich, Murdock fakes his death. Karen and Foggy later find Matt still alive, in a state of stupor, in his yellow Daredevil uniform but without the mask. Foggy finally realizes Matt's secret identity. They reconcile and become law partners again.
Escaping, Bullseye retained Daredevil's billy club and hurled the weapon at the hero, but Karen, desperate to protect her lover, threw herself in its path, echoing her father's sacrifice years before. The club plunged into her chest, leaving her to die in Daredevil's arms.
William Lopez was a commander of the Tracksuit Mafia, the brother of Henry Lopez and the father of Maya Lopez. When Taloa Lopez died, William was disowned by his family and moved to New York. He was then murdered by Ronin acting on a tip from Kingpin.
Vanessa falls in love with Wilson Fisk, the crime boss of New York City, and they have a son together, Richard. While she is loyal to her family, she will also take vengeance upon them should they ever betray her.
Fisk soon realized that Page killed Wesley, which Page confirmed, brutally saying she shot him seven times and should have shot more but the clip ran out. Fisk then stood up in anger with all the intention to kill her, something that Page counted on to at least make Fisk pay for that.
Savage said that the decision to kill off Marissa stemmed from network pressure over ratings. She said: "We were also under tremendous pressure to do something with that level of drama. Killing a series regular came down from the top." "If we wanted a season four, we'd have to do something like that," she added.

It still had some twists and turns; but it wasn't so dark and the same thing over and over again. Content collapsed. Season 4 is so different than the other 3 seasons, it's terrible. I know they had to change things because of Marissa's death but the storylines are just bad.
Julie and Matt attempt to repair their friendship by spending a day at the lake. They stay there all day. At night by the campfire they spontaneously make love. It's at this moment when Julie loses her virginity so it's the first time for not only Matt and Julie but for Julie herself.
In an early episode Julie is attacked and almost killed. It is assumed to be the Fairview Strangler and in this episode it is revealed to be Eddie, the Fairview Strangler.
And finally, Daredevil is fighting both Fisk and Dex, though preventing Fisk from escaping is his main concern at this point. Thankfully for a Daredevil, Fisk takes care of Dex by smashing him into a wall.
