If Superman had no weaknesses at all, no Avengers would have a chance in front of him. While Superman is known for his incredible strength, speed, and other superhuman abilities, there are a few Avengers who could potentially give him a run for his money.
Superman isn't beating the avengers but he could take out some of the low tier beings like Cap, Hawkeye and Black widow. And others like Antman, Spider-man ,Black panther and Ironman with ease . But those of Hulk , Dr. Strange , Wanda , Thor , Loki and Captain Marvel would beat Superman.
Confirmed as the MCU's most powerful superhero, the Scarlet Witch would make short work of Superman. Had Thanos's forces not interrupted her in Avengers: Endgame, she would have defeated the Mad Titan, and the Man of Steel would be similarly overpowered by the Avenger.
Superman is vastly more powerful and skilled than Thanos. It wouldn't take him long to realize how dangerous the Mad Titan was and once he did, he'd take the kid gloves off. A few big punches later and Thanos would be done.
While Superman could potentially overpower Thor, blows rendered by the mystical Mjolnir would likely impose serious damage on the Kryptonian hero. With his super-speed, the Man of Steel could probably avoid the Thunder God's lightning, but not necessarily, since Thor is just as fast.

So, even though Wonder Woman has Thanos beat in many categories, he's going to be able to defeat her. Thanos knows how to take advantage of foes like the Amazonian, giving him an advantage. While it would still be a difficult battle, Thanos would defeat her.
