During the events of Jedi Fallen Order, Clone Troopers are only encountered during flashback sequences to the events of the Clone Wars, although their corpses can be encountered in crashed Republic Military vehicles and starships in several locations during the main story of the game.
The 13th Battalion first appeared in the 2019 video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Its official designation and "Iron Battalion" nickname were later identified in The Art of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Clone trooper corpses with the armor of the 13th Battalion can be seen on Kashyyyk and Zeffo.
The early detachments of Purge Troopers were made up of a batch of clones from the last production line and were therefore young human males. They served as a death squad for the Inquisitorius and had a red tattoo on the right side of their faces as well as no hair.
Emperor Palpatine's "son" was a strandcast cloned from his genetic template. Dathan was an artificially constructed strandcast from the genetic template of Sidious. and the lone specimen that lived through the cloning process.

Jedi General Tiplar led clone troops during the Clone Wars, sometimes serving alongside her twin sister Tiplee. Clone trooper CT-5385, nicknamed Tup, shot and killed Tiplar during combat on a space station above the planet Ringo Vinda.
Within the franchise, Cal is a former Jedi Padawan and survivor of the Great Jedi Purge who, during the early reign of the Galactic Empire, lives in seclusion on the planet Bracca until an incident forces him to reveal his Force powers.
As a Padawan, Kestis learned the ways of the Force and simultaneously served as a Jedi Commander in the Republic Military alongside his master, Tapal, who commanded the 13th Battalion as a Jedi General of the Grand Army of the Republic.
Cal Kestis is revealed to have survived the event that doomed the galaxy, killed many Jedi, and sent some Jedi such as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda into hiding. Obi-Wan himself made a brief cameo appearance in Jedi: Fallen Order via archive footage.
Star Wars: Tales of the Empire added three new Jedi to the list of those who survived Order 66: Barriss Offee, Lyn Rakish (the Fourth Sister) and an unidentified human Jedi. The unidentified human had never been seen before in Star Wars, and they made their debut in Tales of the Empire.
According to Imperial Estimates in Star Wars Inside #87, only about 100 of the Jedi survived Order 66. Most were subsequently hunted down and killed in the years following the Great Jedi Purge.
The 7th Sky Corps was a military corps of the Grand Army of the Republic. Like other units in the Grand Army, the ranks of the 7th consisted of clone troopers that had been engineered to fight for the Galactic Republic.
Fives was one of the first to learn about the inhibitor chips and removed his well before Order 66 was issued. In one of his cruelest moments, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine revealed his Sith identity to Fives, knowing nobody would believe him.
Cal Kestis and Starkiller come from vastly different places, but they may be two sides of the same coin. One was forged by Vader while the other one was forged by rebellion, but they both ultimately do what is right in the end.
Sadly, the end of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor did set up Cal's eventual turn to the dark side. While on the hunt for Bode Akuna after his betrayal on Jedha, Cal loses control and taps into the dark side.
Although the evidence does suggest that Cal's canonical lightsaber is blue, official statistics released from EA indicated that the majority of players actually changed it from this during their playthroughs of Jedi: Survivor.
The implication here is that Cal does briefly give in to his darker nature. However, because he elects to not kill Denvik when given the chance to do so, the implication is that he hasn't completely turned to the Dark Side just yet.
Furthermore, Cal's mastery of multiple lightsaber stances is far superior to Luke's mastery of one. This allows Cal to use a combination of fighting techniques to deal with difficult situations, especially where there are lots of enemies. In these situations, Luke could easily be overwhelmed and fall.
Cal was brought into the multiverse on his own and spent a few weeks hunting down jedi. Eventually Cal found himself on the desert planet of Tatooine, where he met Luke Skywalker in Ben Kenobi's old hut. The two agreed to search for jedi holocrons together, unofficially founding the New Jedi Order together.
Some clones disobeyed the infamous order than decimated the Jedi order, and refused to execute it. SOME of these Clones include; Captain Rex: Captain Rex, as most know removed his chip that would later be the way that Palpatine would execute order 66. Wolffe: As with Captain Rex Wolffe removed his bio chip.
