Clothing. The Na'vi wear little clothing and do not seem concerned with showing a lot of skin. They cover their genital region and women do cover their breasts/nipples, but often only slightly so. It is common for men and boys to be almost entirely shirtless.

In the construction of the Na'vi species, there are undeniable influences from Black and Indigenous cultures. Both films show Na'vi characters depicted wearing dreadlocks and braids, hairstyles with historical connections to Black and African cultures.

So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Although the Na'vi possess a neural whip like most other creatures, it is most often hidden under a layer of hair that is painstakingly braided around the queue to protect it. This braid starts at birth and is maintained throughout a Na'vi's life.
Unless that theory is true, Grace was impregnated by someone. Kiri's brothers joke that the scientist Norm could be her father. The movie does not reveal much information about the birth of Kiri. It is unclear whether Kiri was conceived before Grace died and her avatar carried her to term.
