"The Batman" Isn't Meant for kids, It's meant for those who understand Batman. As someone who reads and digests almost every form of media Batman, I can say this Batman walked up to the plate and knocked a home run. Its some of the best acting, best story, best cinematography you'll ever see.
Sex, drugs, blood, and guts galore, Harley Quinn is an action-packed adult comedy that is not suitable for teens. Although the series is well-paced and gives an interesting perspective on the consequences of abusive relationships, it doesn't make up for the crass humor and violent nature of its characters.
Mad Love introduces Harley Quinn as a former psychologist named Harleen Quinzel who fell in love with the Joker during her internship at Gotham City's Arkham Asylum and details her transformation into the Joker's villainous accomplice Harley Quinn, as well as the Joker's lack of respect for Harley.

Personality. Harley Quinn is the definition of crazy and madness, turning to a life of crime. She was very happy indulging in every criminal activity, however over the years (and some help of Batman), she has become an antiheroine thus far, even allying herself with Power Girl at one point.

She then comes up with her last ditch effort to snap Joker out of it, and she KISSES BATMAN, and tells the Joker that she always liked Batman better!
