With Thanos, Aegis and Tenebrous confronted Galactus and his newly restored herald, the Silver Surfer. Surprisingly, the three defeated the Surfer with relative ease.

A master of science and magic, Doctor Doom has long been perhaps Marvel's most capable evil-doer. Doom has stolen the powers of Galactus on multiple occasions, as well as those of the all-powerful Beyonder (as seen in both 1984 and 2017's Secret Wars.)

Kang, to an infinite degree — except that Doom uses his power better. Interesting fact: Kang's real name is Nathaniel Richards. As in, a distant descendant of Reed Richards… but also of Victor Von Doom. With a lineage like that, we might expect him to be far more brilliant.

Silver Surfer was a herald of the powerful cosmic being known as Galactus. Empowered by the World Devourer with the Power Cosmic, the Silver Surfer is a daunting foe. Shazam is very powerful and can fight most beings to a standstill, but the Silver Surfer is way out of his league.
If it wasn't for the energy absorbing abilities of the Power Cosmic, Superman would easily win this fight. He's Surfer's superior in just about every way but power, and has beaten enemies who were vastly more powerful than him in the past.
While the Silver Surfer is undoubtedly the stronger of the two heroes thanks to his abilities gained from the Power Cosmic, perhaps Wolverine could rival him in pure surfing skill alone. After all, Wolverine is the best at what he does, and that now seems to include being a surfing legend in the Marvel Universe.
The Cosmic Ghost Rider's mind deteriorated over the years and doesn't have the skill that Silver Surfer does. On top of that, Mephisto can alter reality itself when he needs to, allowing him to strip Castle of the Power Cosmic as well, leaving him an easily killed mortal.
Frank Castle was The Rider and had been imbued with the Power Cosmic, wielded a chain made from the bones of Cyttorak, and had a fraction of the Power of the Time Stone. In the end it was the Surfer who came out victorious.
Although both are very powerful characters in the Marvel Universe it would definitely be Odin. The Surfer has awesome energy generation and control and can regularly challenge universal threats, but Odin is a Skyfather with magic that can destroy galaxies.
Odin stands a good chance at defeating a moderately-fed Galactus. Odin has been stated to be equal to a moderately-fed Galactus. Though Galan did withstand a powerful headbutt from Odin. The Devourer had just consumed one planet before that.
Kratos is physically more durable and has better close combat weapons but Silver Surfer's energy absorbing abilities and long range combat allows him to stand up. This battle seems to end in a tie but one solidary fact allows Silver Surfer to win. That being his energy absorbtion.
On a sheer power level basis, Goku dwarfs Doctor Doom and his armor. Even with Doom's magic skills, Goku is still his superior in power, but that doesn't mean he's superior to Doom. Doctor Doom is much smarter than Goku could ever imagine being.
On normal conditions Doom doesn't have a hope in hell to beat this guy, under normal/common circumstances, no, Odin would wave his hand and Dr Doom would be gone from existence.
They've battled each other in the past and present but every time, Iron Man has been able to defeat the Doctor. Iron Man may be nearly as arrogant as Doom but he doesn't let his arrogance hold him back, which has always allowed him to defeat the Latverian ruler.
