Despite losing multiple battles against Black Bolt in the past, somehow, the Hulk withstood his powerful scream and ended up taking down the Inhuman in a shocking win. However, Marvel Comics later revealed that the claim the Hulk could take on Black Bolt's scream and still win a fight against him was false.

Superman has Black Bolt beat in every department. He's faster, stronger, and way more durable. He's a better fighter and while he may not have Black Bolt's experience as a leader of a country, that's pretty much the only place Bolt has him beat. A scream from Black Bolt would hurt Superman... if he could hit him.

Black Bolt's screams wouldn't be able to keep Goku down, but they are only one weapon in his arsenal. His ability to control electrons would give him the ability to beat Goku. Black Bolt has demonstrated the power to manipulate matter, and that's the kind of power that Goku can't match.
While Wolverine doesn't always win their fights, he also doesn't always lose them and more importantly, he knows what it takes to fight the Hulk. His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head.

Realistically, yeah, he should be knocked out. The answers so far seem to be concentrating on the physical side of Black Bolt's voice and how Superman would stand up to that but they're generally ignoring the sound amplifying aspect of his voice.
In one of the most gruesome scenes in the MCU, Black Bolt was the first to die when the Illuminati faced off against the Scarlet Witch. His powerful voice was turned against him when Wanda used her magic to erase his mouth, and Black Bolt's horrified scream blew up his own head.
There's no question the Hulk is a near-indestructible force who comes out on top in almost all of his battles of pure strength. However, against Superman, he's outmatched. While Hulk's strength might rival that of the Man of Steel, Superman's other abilities give him a considerable edge against his opponent.
Hulk goes up against Thanos in a fight but is defeated by the Mad Titan. Though it ultimately wasn't surprising that Thanos would beat Hulk, it was shocking to see the easy fashion that he did it in. It could even be assumed that Thanos used the Power Stone that he had.
He has centuries of battle experience, the hones skills of a warrior, and one of the most powerful weapons in the universe. Putting it all together, Thor can win against the Hulk, even if he can't kill the Jade Giant.
