Hulk may be known for his strength and rage, but the hero's healing factor is one of his most impressive powers. For heroes and villains who have sent attacks powerful enough to pierce his incredible durability, Hulk's healing factor has allowed him to recover from the most serious, crippling injuries.
But his defining superpower was his ability to regenerate his damaged or destroyed tissue. Wolverine had something known as healing factor. As yet, this is something that mere humans cannot replicate — but things might just be about to change.
Lobo has the best super healing, then Deadpool, and Wolverine has the least good of the three. Although it is still very very good. Wolverine takes time to regenerate limbs. Deadpool's super healing is around twice as good as that of Wolverine.
Of course this is the Immortal Hulk we are talking about and no other Hulks. Hulk could potentially heal faster than Deadpool due to the whole angrier he gets the faster he heals things. But they are pretty much at the same level currently.

In multiple comics over the years, it's been established that Deadpool's healing factor is more powerful than Wolverine's. Deadpool can survive anything. If his head is cut off, he'll regrow his body over a few weeks.

The simple answer is no. Yes, Hulk absolutely smashes Thor to the ground with Mjolnir, but, he's holding both Thor and the hammer. Deadpool is able to heal from injuries such as slashes, puncture wounds, bullet wounds, beheading, and severe burns within moments. His healing factor is significantly more powerful than Wolverine's as he can regrow missing limbs and organs and was able to recover from the Hulk liquidated everything from his waist up.
The full extent and speed of Wolverine's healing factor isn't known. He has been shown to fully heal from numerous gunshot wounds, severe burns covering most of his body, and regenerate missing eyes within a matter of seconds.
The key in all these cases seems to be circumventing Wolverine's regenerative abilities by killing him so completely that there's nothing left to regenerate. He also survives a lot of other terrible things, too. When he's going to starve to death he eats his own body.
In X-Men #25 (1993), Magneto rips the adamantium out of Wolverine's body. This screws up his healing factor, and they reveal in the story that his claws are actually bone. The bone claws have the ability to grow back when broken.
His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head. In fact, if it came down to it, Wolverine could cut Hulk's head off, ending the Hulk once and for all.
Wolverine awakens to find his lower half missing, his body having been ripped in half by the Hulk minutes earlier. Using his keen sense of smell, he finds his legs have been thrown to the top of a mountain. As he climbs up a mountain to retrieve his legs, he recalls the events leading up to his current situation.
Despite being an unstoppable force, powerful beings like Namor, Wolverine, Iron Man, and Deadpool have managed to outsmart and defeat the Hulk. From fellow superheroes to average soldiers, various characters, including Hawkeye and even Batman, have successfully taken down the Hulk.
