During the recent Trial of Magneto event he once again uses his powers to magnetically control Wolverine and throw him away, showing that even though Magneto is "reformed" he still has evil impulses.
Magneto can manipulate adamantium. Magneto has always been able to affect adamantium. This happens in many of different stories, including when Magneto slowly pulls Wolverine's adamantium-coated skeleton straight out of his body. And once Magneto has the adamantium, he can use it however he wants.
He did. Have you never seen any of the X-Men movies? Magneto used his powers to manipulate Wolverine on multiple occasions, including blasting him through a forest and causing him to stab himself while held prisoner in the Statue of Liberty.
It's certainly possible for him to get the upper hand on the Master of Magnetism, but most of the time, Wolverine doesn't stand a chance against Magneto and all of his incredible power.

Lets be honest here, most cases the Hulk should easily take this win. Even if the entire battlefield was metal for Magneto to use, it wouldnt really matter, because as you know, Hulk smash. Hulk judy needs to land a single hit on Magneto, and the win is his.
In any event, the main thing is that no, being a demon without a soul does not mean that you can lift Thor's hammer and Ghost Rider cannot lift Thor's hammer (but hey, Ghost Rider has plenty of his own cool weapons, so he should be fine with that).
