Spider-Man has fought some of the most dangerous foes out there, but his battle with Loki was one of his most unconventional. He tried to fight Loki like he normally would but this was pretty hopeless, as Loki is Spider-Man's superior in every way.
Spider-Man has fought by Thor's side many times. He knows how the Norse god fights, and he knows that it would be impossible for him to beat Thor. He's smart enough to know the only hope he'd have against Thor is with a group, one that would distract the god long enough for Spider-Man to make a difference in the fight.
Loki tries to use his abilities as a trickster god to turn on Thanos and kill him, but Thanos quickly stops his arm and breaks his neck. After Thanos kills him, that Loki's MCU run is over.

Zeus is king of the gods and has the strength, power, and durability to prove it, but the gods introduced in Blood of Zeus pale in comparison to Beerus. Though Goku is still unable to defeat the god of destruction, he would certainly defeat Zeus.
Hulk battled Loki for the first time in the Avengers' comic debut and the two would clash more over the years. Every time, Hulk would be able to get the win over the God of Mischief.
As resourceful and maniacal as the Joker is, he is still only human while Loki is Asgardian/Frost Giant in the Marvel universe. This means that he has capabilities which would lead to him simply outplaying the Joker in virtually all competitions.
Rune King Thor / Herald of None Thor would stomp Necrogod Loki. Can't decide who's more powerful between the two. They seem comparable to each other. Rune King Thor effortlessly killed Mangog and defeated Loki with his Rune Magic.
