Thor would beat all but one being on this list, most of the time. But that doesn't mean they couldn't catch a couple of wins against him. He regularly holds back a ton and on a bad Thor day, anything can happen.

Hulk is Stronger , Smarter, Harder to kill and he has more experience fighting foes like himself though Doomsday's tougher than Hulk slightly more , Hulk could get tougher overtime matching Doomsday durability or even surpass it .
However, while Shazam could kill Doomsday with his lightning, he probably wouldn't want to. Although Doomsday might not have a defense against Shazam's magic lightning, if he died from its blasts and came back to life, he would be immune to certain types of magic, making him more dangerous than ever.
It's nothing short of a miracle Batman is able to survive an entire encounter with Doomsday. He can't rely on his brains to get him out of a fight with an unstoppable war machine, but his reflexes are enough to keep him alive, although by the end he's barely able to stand.
The Joker then used his power to repeatedly kill Batman in the most grotesque and violent ways imaginable, highligting the lengths of the madman's depravity. The crowning acheivement was having vultures devour the Caped Crusader. Unfortunately, Joker was eroding the fabric of space and time with his antics.
After an intense battle, the Anti-Monitor fuses the Black Racer with Flash and sends it after Darkseid. Using the fused Flash and his own powers, he kills Darkseid. With Darkseid dead, the universe is unbalanced as it has lost its God of Evil.
