Wolverine's adamantium claws are famous for being able to slice through practically anything. In the past, Logan has gotten the X-Men out of several tough scrapes by ripping through solid steel, scores of armored soldiers, and countless prisons.
Likewise, it can also cut through virtually anything as evidenced by Wolverine himself and his wickedly sharp claws. However, it's been established that it can't cut through pure vibranium.

His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head. In fact, if it came down to it, Wolverine could cut Hulk's head off, ending the Hulk once and for all.
Claremont, by the way, wrote the SECOND time that Wolverine couldn't cut through something with his Adamantium claws, which occurred in X-Men #102 (by Claremont, Dave Cockrum and Sam Grainger), when Wolverine tried to cut the Juggernaut... only to realize that that was not going to work out for him.

It is not so much that Magneto cannot affect vibranium, but that the metal's vibratory nature and energy-absorption components can be harnessed in such a way that the Master of Magnetism meets his match.
While Wonder Woman is extremely strong and has super durability, she could be cut by Wolverine's claws, and in terms of hand-to-hand combat, they're at least on par with each other. One well-timed slice from Wolverine would be all it takes to take Wonder Woman down.

Colossus isn't as durable as vibranium or adamantium. His skin is some sort of organic steel alloy that can heal but only in his human form I think. With vibranium and adamantium as 2 of the most durable materials in the Marvel universe, Wolverine and Black Panther could likely cut him.
