Wolverine's claws were able to give Thor a flesh wound, but had no effect on Mjolnir. Thor Odinson may not be The God of Thunder without Mjolnir, but he is a capable Asgardian warrior.
Wolverine more than proved that he's a hero, but the amount of bad things he'd been involved in burned his soul. While Wolverine would never be worthy of Mjolnir, he wouldn't hesitate to support and fight alongside anyone who wielded it.

Can Hulk break Wolverine?
The only reason Wolverine can go up against the Hulk is that Hulk cannot break the coating on Logan's bones. Okay, so, no, the Hulk can't break it or bend it.
His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head. In fact, if it came down to it, Wolverine could cut Hulk's head off, ending the Hulk once and for all.
On top of that, Logan's claws can cut through nearly anything, including the skin of beings like the Hulk. Piercing Superman's flesh would be difficult but far from impossible for Wolverine, making the Man of Tomorrow vulnerable to every slash and stab attack Logan lands on him.

Wolverine's claws are nearly unbreakable and can slice through almost anything, but they are not strong enough to cut Superman, let alone Darkseid, they cannot be fired from and then reeled back into his body, and they don't contain an immensely powerful toxin strong enough to hurt beings that are basically gods.

Due to the gamma radiation that birthed him, his skin is nearly indestructible and takes massive force to break. Throughout Hulk's many on-screen fights, he has only bled twice, and both circumstances prove it takes a unique set of variables to accomplish that.
Adamantium's only weaknesses are unique cosmic or mystical forces, like the enchanted Muramasa Blade and Antarctic vibranium, which can dissolve all metals.
Colossus isn't as durable as vibranium or adamantium. His skin is some sort of organic steel alloy that can heal but only in his human form I think. With vibranium and adamantium as 2 of the most durable materials in the Marvel universe, Wolverine and Black Panther could likely cut him.
