Just because parents can't wear a full-on Disney character costume, it doesn't mean you can't get into the Disney spirit. All ages can make Disney on Ice more memorable by wearing Mickey ears or Disney t-shirts, hoodies, and other clothing.
We suggest you dress comfortably. Practical shoes are recommended to safely navigate the layout and steps at a venue. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Our events are a casual, family-oriented experience.

Can you dress up for Disney On Ice?
All guests may dress as their favorite character, but may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.
Can I bring snacks to the show? Snacks and drinks are on offer at the venue for purchase, and can be enjoyed during the show. However no snacks and drinks purchased outside of the venue will be allowed into the show.
For the first time on ice, escape “Into the Unknown” with Elsa and Anna from Frozen 2, hit the road with Disney and Pixar's Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater as they cruise on the ice to “Life Is A Highway,” and reconnect with Toy Story's Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, Rex, and Hamm.
As far as the shows go, a great time is guaranteed for the whole family. You'll experience all the Disney magic in the Disney on Ice shows that you've come to expect at the theme parks. This great show is an excellent value and awesome entertainment all around!
Wearing your special ears is absolutely welcome at the theme parks. Just make sure those ears don't have anything foul or "un-Disneylike" written on them, which I'm sure they will not. The DIY ears should follow the park regulations in regard to what can be worn/displayed on clothes in the parks.
On the wall: If you have a collection of Mickey Mouse ears that you want to display, you can hang them on the walls of your home. This will allow you to easily see and access your ears while also protecting them from damage. There are tons of different wall hooks you can use to hang each pair of ears individually.
According to the venue site, you can't bring non-clear bags larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches, backpacks, binocular cases, camera bags, seat cushions, and printed or tinted plastic bags. For more about prohibited items, read more here.
In an effort to streamline the bag check process, loose ice in coolers is not permitted. Small bags of ice or reusable ice packs are acceptable. This restriction only applies when entering a Theme Park or Water Park.
Does it matter what side you sit on for Disney On Ice?
Aim for the middle of the “long side” of the ice if possible; Try not to sit in the corners of the venue (exception: for some shows/venues, there have been podiums in one or more corners of the rink where performers have stood to perform solos and such like.
