Zatanna is one of the most powerful magic users on Earth. She's also the premiere magic-using Justice Leaguer and has fought alongside Superman for a long time. Zatanna knows about his weakness to magic and her backwards talking magic is going to be impossible for Superman to deal with by himself.
His sheer skill and proficiency would have Zatanna teleporting away almost instantly in a straight fight. You can't really do much against an enemy who has bested Gods, demons, sorcerers, and even the Hulk.

Can Thanos beat Zatanna?
She's a leader in the magic community and has faced horrors that few could even imagine. While Thanos should certainly be able to kill her, he'd never get a chance. Zatanna isn't going to waste time setting up protection spells when she sees Thanos coming.
Her magical prowess is one of the best in the world, even keeping up the likes with other magic heavy hitters like John Constantine and Doctor Fate. She may not be as strong as Black Adam physically, but in terms of sheer, raw, magical power, Zatanna absolutely destroys him several times over.
Zatanna's abilities make her more than a match for most beings who know nothing about magic and Batman knows that. While he may have a plan for dealing with her, it's definitely not foolproof as even depriving her of the ability to speak doesn't take away her power.
The premiere mage of the Justice League, Zatanna occupies a role similar to Doctor Strange's. Much like the Doctor, she's studied the mystical arts for years and is a master of multiple schools of magic beyond her backward-talking spells. She'd definitely challenge Strange but would fall short.

The two have been opposed to one another, but they've never had a definitive fight. Black Adam could very well beat Superman in a direct fight. Adam's fighting ability and understanding of magic make him a potential victor in a fight with Superman.
There's no question the Hulk is a near-indestructible force who comes out on top in almost all of his battles of pure strength. However, against Superman, he's outmatched. While Hulk's strength might rival that of the Man of Steel, Superman's other abilities give him a considerable edge against his opponent.
While Superman could potentially overpower Thor, blows rendered by the mystical Mjolnir would likely impose serious damage on the Kryptonian hero. With his super-speed, the Man of Steel could probably avoid the Thunder God's lightning, but not necessarily, since Thor is just as fast.
Silver Surfer is a powerhouse that can put to shame almost anyone. There's a lot Zatanna could throw his way, maybe she could even do some critical damage. Unfortunately for the DC heroin, that's as far as she would be able to take the fight.
