That would depend. If you mean the entire Mandalorian forces at the height of the power? Vader stands no chance if they tactically bombarded him from space. But if the Mandalorians actually tried to take Darth Vader on physically on a planet, Vader would slaughter them.

Given how many Jedi that have come from almost all the planets in Star Wars, you'll have to forgive me if I can't fully believe that only 1 has come from Mandalore. Why do you suppose that only 1 Jedi has come from this planet and could it possibly give a reason as to why Tarre Vizsla made the Darksaber?
