While the remaining clone stormtroopers continued wearing their Phase II armor separately from the TK stormtroopers, the Empire eventually finalized the armor of the Stormtrooper Corps, creating modern stormtrooper armor.
After the change in regimes from the Galactic Republic to the Galactic Empire, the clone troopers who had served the Republic became the first generation of stormtroopers, enforcing the Emperor's will as military units, and law enforcement, policing the Emperor's ever increasingly oppressive laws.

Captain Rex lived the life of a true hero. He was a legend among all clone troopers, a loyal friend to Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, and a leader of multiple elite squads during both the Clone Wars and the Galactic Civil War.
Within Star Wars Legends, the non-canon stories of the pre-Disney era, there exists a couple of examples of clones having children. One is Darman Skirata, aka RC-1136, a clone commando who falls in love with a Jedi, Etain Tur-Mukan, who bears him a son.
Omega™ was the second unaltered clone in Star Wars history. She was also the first female clone in Star Wars. Author E.K. Johnston would later reveal the transgender clone trooper named Sister in the Star Wars novel Queen's Hope™. Sister aside, Omega is the most prominent female clone.
During one of these missions she would break the Jedi Code's rule of attachment by falling in love with Darman, RC-1136, a clone commando in Omega Squad, and becoming pregnant with his child, Venku Skirata. The two would later marry in the traditional Mandalorian way shortly before her death in 19 BBY.

It's because they're a clone army. Among soldiers, valuable qualities include courage, adaptability, persistence and average intelligence. Loyalty, discipline and willingness to follow orders are crucial. The clones might all fit this profile but a fighting unit needs variety when facing unexpected challenges.
