Honestly, sex, nudity, smoking, drinking is out of the question and doesn't even appear in the movie that I can remember. Swearing is there but only one use of "F-ck" and "M3GAN" has her moment of saying "B*itch" but if your kids can't handle that then your kids are way to young to be watching something like this.
With that said, there are still some horror fans who would've preferred to see M3GAN in all of its R-rated glory before the cuts trimmed it down to a PG-13 rating. Akela Cooper, who co-wrote the script based on a story co-written with Wan, also falls into this category.

For those of you worried “M3GAN,” is not scary, it has the typical jump scares, but the only truly creepy thing about this film is the execution of M3GAN herself. Seemingly done 100% practically, the creepy doll is a mix of live acting and a robotic puppet mask.
Great film, but not for kids under 13. I recommend this film to everyone who loves slightly disturbing films and TV shows like me but for anyone under the age of 13 you really should not watch it. It's very gory and contains adult language.
