In modern times, according to Thor: Ragnarok Doctor Strange kept a watchlist of individual beings from other realms that could pose a threat to Earth, and it's possible the Eternals got a mention there.
Fans have spotted a possible connection to Eternals in a recent TV spot for Marvel's upcoming film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Benedict Cumberbatch-starrer Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has a connection to last year's release Eternals.
The Avengers learned about the Eternals return in ETERNALS (2021) #10-12, when the Eternals broke into Avengers Mountain (which was built inside the body of a Celestial). The two teams had a bitter fight, except for Sersi and Namor, who found other ways to engage each other.
It allowed him to see 14,000,605 possible futures. He claimed there was only one in which they won. If we assume that one was what we saw as Endgame, then the simple answer is that in 14,000,604 he died and moved on to the next timeline.
Among the many questions fans were left with after Eternals is whether Thanos knew about the Emergence in Avengers: Infinity War or not, but as he wanted to preserve life in the universe (through questionable methods, of course), it's likely he knew about the Emergence.
If Arishem chose to interfere when Earth itself was in danger, since the other worlds or ships where Thanos collected the Stones were of no consequence to him, then any conflict that would bring to bear the godly powers at their disposal could have harmed the Earth irreparably and possibly aborted Tiamut's Emergence.

were told not to interfere with certain affairs of men. Specifically the ones not involving deviants. Why did the Eternals never help the Avengers? The Celestials ordered them to ONLY help when Deviants are involved.
It's been noted that Thanos was more of a cosmic threat than a mystical one. Since Strange, as a Master of the Mystic Arts, deals more with the mystical side of things, this might give him an excuse as to why he never caught on to the Mad Titan until it was far too late.
There's actually a lot more reasons why Strange didn't put Thanos in a time loop than it at first seems. The most obvious comes from those 14 million futures Doctor Strange saw; it's entirely possible he did attempt to use the Time Stone in one or more of them, only for it to not succeed in ultimately stopping Thanos.
He didn't say what the conditions were, but he then fought hard to convince Thanos to spare Tony's life, offering to give him the Time Stone in exchange. In Endgame, Strange locked eyes with Tony during the final battle and raised his finger: This is that one chance in over 14 million. Tony understood immediately.
Ahead of this, Doctor Strange used the Time Stone to view a grand total of 14,000,605 possible outcomes of Thanos' plan; he claimed that just one of those outcomes led to the Avengers' defeat of the Mad Titan. We saw these events play out in Avengers: Endgame.
If Doctor Strange is to be believed, he knew how everything would unfold, including the alternate timeline-hopping events of Loki, and decided to hold that back from his fellow superheroes. Either that, or he recklessly lied when he said he saw the full outcome when he handed the Time Stone over to Thanos.
Dr. Strange saw 14,000,605 realities, of which there is only 1 outcome in which Avengers won and were able to save the universe. The number may be just a random number or an Easter egg. But, for sure, all of this was done to make that 0.0000007% chance of Avengers winning this fight.
Time Stone: As guardian of the Eye of Agamotto, the Ancient One protected the Time Stone which was inside. She gave it to Hulk so that he could resurrect the victims of Thanos' Snap in his universe, and it was then returned to her by Steve Rogers.
Summary. The Doctor Strange variant with the third eye likely got it from using the Darkhold, hinting at a possible evil future. Doctor Strange's third eye is rooted in Marvel Comics mythology and represents a higher level of consciousness and mystical power.

Thanos and Hulk have clashed several times in Marvel lore, with Thanos even admitting he was scared to face the Hulk before acquiring the Infinity Stones. While Thanos is usually the victor, it's generally down to him using superior tactics and technology, rather than simply possessing greater physical strength.
