A blue-bladed lightsaber was carried by Jedi Master Mace Windu during his membership of the High Council of the Jedi Order. An unexceptionally constructed weapon, the lightsaber had a metallic gray ribbed hilt with a conical segment of radiator casing on its pommel, and a red length adjuster for its blue blade.
The blue sword was included with the Mace Windu action figure and wouldn't properly be seen in battle until its appearances in other media. Most notably, it was showcased in the video game Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles and the comic book series Jedi Council: Acts of War.
He uses these crystals to assemble his lightsaber, which emits a distinctive purple blade. However, it must be kept in mind that this tale is considered non-canon at the present time. It may well be that the true origin of Mace Windu's purple lightsaber will be revealed sometime in the future.

Is there a rainbow lightsaber?
There is not a “rainbow” lightsaber, but there is a “white” lightsaber which could easily be all the colors of the spectrum. I ddi some research on this, and the current canon has most of the lightsabers either being green, blue, or like the Sith, red.
In the Thrawn Trilogy, Mara Jade started out as an assassin working for Emperor Palpat. Over time, he undergoes a transformation and eventually becomes a Jedi Knight. Her lightsaber is a pink lightsaber, also known as the "Emperor's Hand Lightsaber".

These are cyan, indigo, and magenta. Not much is known about the canon significance of these colors or what they mean for their wielders. Cyan and indigo seem to be derivatives of the standard blue lightsaber, whereas magenta is reminiscent of Mace Windu's purple blade.
