Ensign Jack Crusher is a 25th century Human Federation Starfleet officer assigned to the USS Enterprise-G. He is the son of Admirals Beverly Crusher and Jean-Luc Picard.
Crusher and Captain Picard continued throughout the non-canonical Star Trek: The Next Generation Pocket Books series. Beverly and Jean-Luc have married, but still serve together on the Enterprise-E. They have a son named René Jacques Robert Francois Picard, named after Picard's older brother (Robert) and nephew (René).
Beverly Crusher. In this timeline, she is commanding the Olympic-class medical ship Pasteur. In the film Star Trek Generations, while in the Nexus, Picard is married to a woman named Elise Picard portrayed by Kim Braden.
Not only did Picard and Crusher reconnect in Picard season 3, but Beverly also revealed that she had given birth to her and Jean-Luc's son, Jack Crusher (Ed Speleers), over twenty years before.
Including Wes in season 3 feels far more organic than his surprise cameo which served only to facilitate Isa Briones' Picard exit. The most likely reason for Wesley's absence is that, in writing these final episodes, the decision was made to focus on the impact of Jack Crusher's existence on Jean-Luc.
Olivia Picard was Jean-Luc Picard's daughter during his Nexus experience in 2371. Olivia Picard was played by Olivia Hack. According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia (3rd ed., p. 324), Olivia Picard was ten years old, the same age as her brother Matthew Picard.
Star Trek: Picard season 3 revealed that Crusher and Picard did have a romantic relationship at some point, presumably after Star Trek: Nemesis. Star Trek: Picard season 3 revealed that Beverly and Jean-Luc even had a son together, Jack Crusher (Ed Speleers).
Jack suffered from terrifying visions and hearing voices as a child, but it was Beverly who ultimately determined that her son was born with organic Borg DNA he inherited from Jean-Luc from his time as Locutus of Borg.
Beverly Crusher Left Star Trek: TNG In Season 2. Dr. Crusher wasn't in Star Trek: The Next Generation season 2 because Gates McFadden was fired by co-executive producer Maurice Hurley. Production on TNG season 1 was infamously chaotic and numerous writers quit the show during its tumultuous first year.
By the time they were both stationed aboard the USS Enterprise-D, Riker and Troi had settled into a warm, close friendship. Riker and Troi rekindled their romance in the third TNG film, Star Trek: Insurrection, and the couple finally married at the beginning of the fourth and final TNG film, Star Trek: Nemesis.
Picard then beams to Bok's ship via the Ferengi's own subspace transporter, where he confronts Bok and three other Ferengi and reveals that Dr. Crusher has discovered that Jason Vigo is not, in fact, Picard's son.
And despite their mutual feelings for each other, they never acted upon them. Until some 20 years ago, when Beverly got pregnant after a one-night stand with Jean-Luc, she gave birth to a boy, Jack, and didn't tell his father out of fear that his enemies would come after them.
Wesley briefly stopped time during a fight between Cardassian forces and Federation colonists in Star Trek: TNG season 7, episode 20, "Journey's End", an event that showed him he had the ability to become a Traveler.
Multiple times across TNG's seven-season run, Picard and Crusher made attempts to tell each other how they felt, but they never quite got the timing right. As he says in "Seventeen Seconds," they'd started and ended a romantic relationship five times by the time she got pregnant with Jack.
Star Trek: The Next Generation writer Ronald D. Moore says that John de Lancie's Q was "in love with" Captain Jean-Lic Picard (Patrick Stewart), and that's one of the reasons why their relationship worked so well.
Q, on the other hand, takes an intensely disdainful attitude towards beings he views as “inferior.” Picard was correct that respect is earned and Q has done nothing worthy of earning it. This concept, foreign to Q, explains his obsession with Jean-Luc Picard.
Although he and Dr. Beverly Crusher never married, in Picard season 3 we learn that she became pregnant by him after TNG just weeks before she transferred off the Enterprise and didn't tell him until almost 30 years later.
Jean-Luc Picard was born to Maurice and Yvette Picard in La Barre, France, on 13 July 2305, and he dreamed of joining Starfleet. He and the rest of his family speak English, with English accents—the French language having become obscure by the 24th century, as mentioned in the Next Generation episode “Code of Honor“.
Worf. In 2372, Worf brought an image of Alexander to starbase Deep Space 9 when he was stationed there. (DS9: "The Way of the Warrior") However, Alexander's relationship with Worf had not improved and he elected to live on Earth with the Rozhenkos rather than join his father on DS9.
He was increasingly interested in working in feature films, but the producers wouldn't give him time off from the show. Wheaton felt he needed to hang up his Starfleet uniform and move on to benefit his career. Sadly, we'll never know the writers' long-term plans for him.
In the seventh season of the series, Wesley dropped out of the academy to join an organization known as the Travelers, believing it was his destiny. Wesley described the Travelers as a group of individuals who protected the flow of time.
