At the end there is a close up of sofie, almost suggesting her torso may be all that is left of her, but when she is rolling down the hill to the hospital still has her 1 arm and both legs!
Quentin Tarantino did not add this scene in the final Western cut of the film and her other arm was never amputated and you can see her other remaining arm when the bride rolled her down to the hospital.
The Bride yells, "Give me your other arm!". We only hear this (and Sofie's cries) in the US cut, but in the Japanese cut we see The Bride actually cut off Sophie's right arm at the forearm.
After shooting her and tying her up, Budd and a lackey give Bea a "Texas funeral," nailing her into a wooden coffin and burying her alive. Drawing on the teachings of her master Pai Mai (Kung Fu film star Gordon Liu), the Bride punches her way through the coffin and crawls out of the grave.

She thus reclaims her daughter by defeating Bill's patriarchal reign over her life. But in the end, the heroine lies on the bathroom floor, crying over her lover's death and laughing with the joy of being reunited with her daughter.
He even went as far as saying something along the lines of "I'm gonna bury you with a flash light unless you act up." He knew burying her in that thin of a coffin in a fresh grave wouldn't stop her. He just wanted to trick Elle into believing Beatrix was dead so she would stop trying to kill her.
During their days as members of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad, Elle and Beatrix had a hostile relationship, both competing for Bill's affection and favor as his second-in-command.
Why do they bleep out The Bride's name in Kill Bill?
In Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill" films, the decision to censor the character known as "The Bride's" real name with a crude 'beep' sound is a stylistic choice that aligns with the film's homage to various genres, including martial arts, exploitation, and grindhouse cinema.
Despite his vicious demeanor and moments of aggressive preaching, Pai Mei was also a rather open-minded individual. After seeing Beatrix's tenacity in her training; one could say, he came to like her as a student and cared for her.
The Bride's name not being revealed until Kill Bill: Volume 2 also added an element of suspense to the first movie, and it has also been interpreted as Tarantino's way of making the audience part of this element of mystery while also making them detach emotionally from her.
In order to get his revenge on her, Sebastian threw Beatrix against a wall and she smacked her head against the brick. With a pool of blood forming beneath her, it appears she was killed instantly by the impact.
Bill asks if Bud has kept up with his sword play, to which Bud remarks that he pawned his Hanzo sword. This we later find out is a lie, so clearly Bud is only saying this to wound his brother by leading him to believe he sold a priceless gift from his brother for only a couple hundred bucks.
Tarantino gave Thurman a co-writing credit on the films, specifically for her work on The Bride. In fact, you can see it in the films' closing credits: "Based on the character of 'The Bride', created by Q & U" – Q standing for Quentin and U for Uma.
Bill only sent Elle to Bud's to confirm Beatrix Kiddo was dead and collect her sword. Elle then killed Bud with a black mamba out of jealousy that he'd been the one to kill Beatrix and not her. When she reports back to Bill she lies claiming The Bride killed Bud by hiding the snake in his trailer.

Budd shot Bea with a load of rock salt in the chest, and blew a hole in her clothes and chest and bloodied her clothes and chest. By the time Bea made it back to the trailer, the blood and mess were gone and no wound existed in her chest.
Beatrix Kiddo- Black Mamba- I think Mamba is a clear miss all away round. Her ideals are clearly empathetic but all her doings and calculations are those of a psychopath.
