The baby was finally delivered in Venom #165, but it didn't go as smoothly as any previous. Understandable, as both have gone through plenty of trauma since then. But with Mac Gargan aka the Scorpion wanting to become Venom once again, Eddie needed to protect his better half while in labor.
In the comics Venom describes their bond as being like marriage, he tells Eddie he loves him and Eddie calls him “darling” and “my love”. Plus they literally have a child together.
She licked her lips, greeted Eddie, then picked him up extending her prehensile tongue and forcefully kissed him, transferring the symbiote back to Eddie.
It is Venom's love for Eddie Brock that leads him to let his misery end. This decision was not in Venom's best interest, but in Eddie's, marking one of the first times that the symbiote ever made such a selfless choice on its own.

How did Eddie get pregnant?

Venom's most recent and current host is Brock's biological son, Dylan. Venom is also depicted as having spawned several children—Scream, Lasher, Phage, Agony, Riot, Mania, Sleeper, and most notably, Carnage, who becomes Venom's archenemy after being bound to serial killer Cletus Kasady.
When Eddie's ex-wife Anne Weying bonded with Venom, she became pregnant with Dylan in the aftermath. As such, Dylan was essentially created by the symbiotes to end the Symbiote God Knull.

Carnage is a psychopath. Venom also, at times, does not want the symbiote to spread, and has actively hunted down other symbiotes. Carnage is Venom's offspring.
