This would suggest that a Jedi as devout as Yoda would never father a child. There was certainly no evidence in any of the Star Wars films that either he or Yaddle -- who was briefly glimpsed on the Jedi Council in The Phantom Menace -- ever had children. However, certain exceptions have been made to this rule.
Din Grogu (/ˈɡroʊɡu/), colloquially referred to as Baby Yoda, is a character from the Star Wars Disney+ original television series The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. He is a toddler member of the same species as the Star Wars characters Yoda and Yaddle, with whom he shares a strong ability in the Force.
Although, the two didn't really like each other at first, Yoda and Yaddle eventually grew very close, and over time their relationship even blossomed into a long lasting romance until Yoda's own death. The two had one son, Yoder Minch, a Jedi Master who would have a profound impact during the Yuuzhan Vong War.
To be clear, Grogu is not a younger version of Yoda since "The Mandalorian" is set after "Return of the Jedi," in which Yoda (played by Frank Oz) died. They are, however, of the same species — but that species has not yet been revealed. There are more similarities between Yoda and Grogu than just looks.
Given that Grogu, Yoda, and Yaddle are the only known canon members of their species, it makes sense why some would try to draw a connection between the three of them. While Star Wars hasn't disproved the theory, it's highly unlikely that Yoda or Yaddle were Grogu's biological parents.

If I didn't miscalculate, I'd say Grogu was born in the same year as Anakin: Grogu is 50 years old in "The Mandalorian" which takes place about 9 years after A New Hope, meaning he was 41 years old during ANH, which would make him 22 years old during ROTS which is the same age Anakin/Vader was at at that time.
You might be surprised to learn that Grogu, aka Baby Yoda, is 50. By human standards, he should have gone through a mid-life crisis by now but in the context of what 50 means for his mysterious species, it makes sense that he'd still be an infant.
If Grogu's 50 year age is equivalent to a human 1 year old, then by human years he would be an 18 year old by the time he reaches Yoda's 900 years. So technically, Yoda wasn't 'old aged'.
While fans don't know the state of Grogu's well-being in the sequel trilogy, his ties to Mandalore might explain why Kylo Ren doesn't kill him. It's likely Grogu stays with Din Djarin and the Mandalorians, and never returns to embark on his training with Luke.
Through their adventures and journeys through the galaxy, young Grogu is honing remarkable abilities. Although he previously trained as a Jedi, Grogu has chosen to return to Din's side and continues to share his adventures as they take a stand against the Imperial remnant.
Coupled with the fact that the only other members of his species to have been seen in Star Wars canon were also especially powerful Jedi, this may begin to explain Grogu's true significance. Grogu may be the child of Yoda and Yaddle, potentially conceived purely to help preserve their incredibly rare species.
Minch Yoda, known by most as simply just Yoda, was a legendary Groglyn male who was regarded as one of the most renowned and powerful Jedi Masters in the history of the Jedi.
What she finds is Count Dooku conspiring with Darth Sidious, and after she confronts them, Count Dooku is ordered to cut her down by Sidious, which he promptly and brutally does. Count Dooku killed Yaddle, and when Yoda finds out through a Force vision, he blames himself for it.
The model for Yaddle was originally created by concept artist Iain McCaig as a sketch for a young Yoda, but was later put in the movies as Yaddle, a female member of Yoda's species.
