The Avengers succeed in obtaining the Infinity Stones from alternate timelines and they restore the trillions of lost lives. Scott then participates in the final and victorious battle against Thanos. Scott reunites with his girlfriend Hope van Dyne and daughter Cassie, while also writing a memoir of his life.
Hope is hostile to him because her father has refused to allow her to take the risk and pull the heist, and she resents Scott for taking her place. However, she still assumes a mentor role to him, and by the end of the film, it's revealed they are having an affair, though how far that affair goes is not entirely clear.
Scott Lang was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida, the son of Bob Lang. He later became an electronic engineer and met and married Peggy Rae. Together they had a daughter Cassandra "Cassie" Lang.
Hope returns as a major character in Ant-Man and the Wasp. She dons her own super suit and fights Ghost one-on-one. Her new goal is to free her mother Janet from the Quantum Realm. She succeeds but tragically she and her parents are killed by Thanos's Snap.
Hope's relationship with her father Hank Pym became distant after her mother Janet van Dyne was lost in a subatomic spacial void called the Quantum Realm. Instead of comforting his seven year old daughter, Pym became lost in his own grief and sent her away to boarding school.

Did Hope and Scott get married?
Granted, Hope (Lilly) isn't referred to as Cassie's (Kathryn Newton) stepmom, and Hope and Scott (Paul Rudd) aren't officially married, as far as we know.

In the film, Van Dyne is shown to be in a good place in which Lilly noted "that she's been trying to get to for a long time", having healed her relationship with her father, succeeded in saving her mother, fallen in love with Scott and is now a step-mother to Cassie.
Following the events of the Civil War, Scott had not been in contact with Pym and Hope for a while, and his relationship with the latter ended as well. Scott was under house arrest, and the tech of Ant-Man belonged to Hope and Pym, so they had to become fugitives.

Ant-Man. Margaret Lang is the former wife of Scott Lang, they both have a daughter named Cassie. After VistaCorp incident and the subsequent arrest of Lang, Maggie decided to divorce him to give a quieter life to her daughter. While Lang was serving his sentence, she engaged with a police officer, Jim Paxton.
In Ant-Man, which takes place in the MCU's version of 2015, Scott Lang would likely be 46. Civil War, which takes place just a year later in 2016, would place Lang's age at 47, depending on his date of birth.

It seems like Scott and Hope are trapped inside the Quantum Realm, a heavy price to pay for their victory. But Cassie manages to track her father down with her Quantum radar and reopens the portal, saving everyone.
Since Scott had used Hank's complex technology, the Pym particles, Hank and Hope were held responsible for Scott's actions and became fugitives on the run. Both were angry at his betrayal, and Hope was particularly angry that Scott didn't ask her to help, stating that he wouldn't have gotten caught if she was there.
After being exposed to chemicals in a laboratory accident, he has a mental breakdown. He adopts the alias Yellowjacket and, exhibiting an uncharacteristic boldness, proposes marriage to van Dyne. The two promptly marry.
The wife of Hank Pym and mother of Hope, Janet Van Dyne operated under the codename Wasp in S.H.I.E.L.D. but became lost to the Quantum Realm during a dangerous mission.
There are touches added in—like Cassie calling Hank "Grandpa"—that help to illustrate how close this family has grown in the time since we last met them.
Hope van Dyne had a son in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania deleted scenes. Evangeline Lilly's Wasp character returned to the Marvel Cinematic Universe to kick off Phase 5 as she joined Paul Rudd's Ant-Man in fighting Kang the Conqueror.
Ant-Man may have had a great time showing off his bigger side in Captain America: Civil War, but Hank Pym isn't too happy about it. According to Michael Douglas, Hank Pym is furious at Scott Lang for exposing his shrinking suit to the rest of the Avengers in Captain America: Civil War.
Marvel's decision to fire Victoria Alonso from her position at Marvel Studios has led to new reports to surface. Specifically, it looks like Disney made the decision to have gay imagery removed from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania in an effort to keep the film from getting banned in Kuwait.
During her brief time as Stinger, Cassie takes on Darren Cross as the Yellowjacket and officially joins her father as a crime-fighting duo. Stinger is her lesser-known superhero identity, but either iteration could be seen in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has two end-credits scenes, both of which have major implications for the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Phase 5.
