Biollante is an anti-villain as she is a destructive monster but is a tragic villain and represents a force of nature and the inner demons of humanity, much like Godzilla ironically.

Minilla - Minilla is the weakest Godzilla, and also the ugliest Godzilla. He is the adopted son of Showa Godzilla and is basically just a pushover baby who you want to strangle to death.
