By the time the killer finds their hiding spot, however, Mrs.Ray is dead, stabbed by her own son. His first-ever kill. "I helped," says young Charles with a smile.
When Nica asks Chucky what his motive is, he reveals that he was a family friend that was secretly in love with Nica's mother Sarah. He killed her father and kidnapped Sarah. When Sarah contacted the police and staged his arrest, he stabbed her in the stomach causing Nica's impairment.
However, this only briefly halts Chucky, as he quickly gets back up and runs past Devon down the hall. When Devon's mother enters the house looking for her son, Chucky lunges at her, causing her to fall down the stairs and break her neck, killing her instantly.
So, while Chucky has stabbed, shot, strangled, and otherwise mangled more victims than he has defenestrated them, by far some of his most shocking kills to date have been the result of someone getting tossed out of a window.
As we've come to see with this franchise, and especially the TV series, Chucky is merciless, and no one is safe. He doesn't care that he's orphaning kids or even killing kids, he's completely deranged, and it makes for a thrilling watch every episode.

What killed Chucky?
At the end of the film, Andy, his mother Karen, and two police detectives, Mike Norris and Jackie Santos, try to fight off Chucky. After he's lit on fire and loses both an arm and a leg, Karen shoots him repeatedly, and he is even beheaded. It isn't until Norris shoots Chucky in the heart that he finally dies.
He studied Voodoo under the guidance of a practitioner named John Bishop in an attempt to learn how to cheat death. Unbeknownst to John, Chucky perverted those teachings, which were intended to be used for good, to commit a series of ritual murders, eventually becoming known as the Lakeshore Strangler.
While creator Don Mancini took inspiration from his childhood and horror stories that came before, the character of Charles Lee Ray, aka Chucky, is completely fictional.
Despite inside the body of a doll, Chucky can feel pain and can bleed when injured, and has a large scar with stitches on his face. He used many weapons including guns, but mostly an axe or a knife to kill people who buy or sees him killing someone.

Disturbed by this, Tiffany decides to leave Chucky and take Glen/Glenda with her, as she still wishes to be human. Tiffany and Glen/Glenda go to the hospital where Jennifer is being held. Chucky follows them and hits her in the head with an axe for leaving him, thus killing her.

Shortly thereafter, Chucky attempts to murder Tiffany, which causes Glenda to switch back to Glen, who heroically defends his mother. Although he does kill Chucky to do so, it's a noble act of protection that's common among male characters in horror.
But before getting them, Andy pours molten plastic on Chucky, partially melting his head. Andy and Kyle then jam an air hose into his mouth, causing his head to explode, finally killing him.

Weaknesses. Chucky isn't without his flaws, as he is known to be very impatient and rather arrogant. Chucky's Voodoo abilities only work under specific circumstances and have requirements for them to work. Despite being a doll, he has spent so long in his doll body that he has turned anatomically human.
There is perhaps no more iconic-looking killer doll than Chucky with his red hair, overalls, and piercing blue eyes. Even those who haven't seen his self-titled TV show or the Child's Play movies can tell you what the murderous horror icon looks like.
In an homage to “A Clockwork Orange" in "Chucky" Season 2, the kids captured a Chucky doll and put him through a brainwashing exercise that ultimately resulted in the evil doll finding violence abhorrent. As a result, his persona changed from one of murder and toxicity to one of almost childlike innocence.
Chucky's enduring appeal lies in the unique personality and performance of the character, as well as the dedicated and talented actor, Brad Dourif. The franchise embraces continuity by bringing back familiar faces, such as Devon Sawa, even if their characters have been killed off in the past.
