Played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Hera is one of the most talented pilots in the Rebellion and was a caring, parental figure to Sabine and Ezra during “Rebels.” Her father was General Cham Syndulla, who fought against the Separatists during the Clone Wars on the Twi'lek home planet, Ryloth.

In the Iliad, Zeus implies their marriage was some sort of elopement, as they lay secretly from their parents. Pausanias records a tale of how they came to be married in which Zeus transformed into a cuckoo to woo Hera.
Several consider Sabine and Ezra as a romantic couple while others consider it strictly platonic. Though they were confirmed to have a sibling dynamic, there are several aspects that they have romantic feelings for another.
After Kanan sacrificed himself to ensure Hera, Ezra, and Sabine could safely escape the Empire's clutches, it was revealed in Rebels' series finale that Hera was pregnant with their child. A flash-forward at the end of the episode showed a young Jacen helping Hera to pilot the Ghost.
Still, Hera has history with at least one Hero of Olympus. Annabeth struck a nerve when she accused Hera of not being the most, let's say, loving towards her family. In retaliation, Hera cursed Annabeth to suffer the horrible fate of . . . cow poop.

Overall, analyzing Star Wars Rebels shows that Jacen Syndulla was conceived in the days before Kanan's death. Still, Kanan's legacy lives on within Jacen. Even though Hera has been reluctant to have Jacen train as a Jedi, that reluctance might change with the return of Ezra Bridger to the main Star Wars galaxy.
Summary. Ahsoka episode 3 reveals Hera Syndulla's child, Jacen, who is human even though his mother is Twi'lek. Jacen's father, Kanan Jarrus, was also human, making him half-human and half-Twi'lek. Jacen appears to have more human traits than Twi'lek traits, suggesting that the human gene is dominant in him.
There were many seeds planted in the show that seemingly hinted towards Sabine as being Ezra's love interest, and there were also many parallels between Hera/Kanan and Ezra/Sabine.
