Matt Murdock has already had several different romantic relationships before Daredevil: Born Again. In Daredevil, Matt was romantically tied to Karen Page, Claire Temple, and Elektra Natchios. When he joined the MCU, he seemingly kicked off a relationship with Jennifer Walters aka She-Hulk.
Claire Temple was a convenient love interest for Matt Murdock in Daredevil season 1, as the pair only formed their close relationship because of his antics as Daredevil and her experience as a nurse. However, it was this dynamic that drove them apart, as Temple couldn't bear to watch Murdock put himself in harm's way.
Claire reunited with Luke on her release. Claire found Luke Cage at the grave of Reva Connors he told her that everyone he gets close to ends up dying in the end. Claire told him they should stay together no matter what.
Claire corroborates Cage's story to the police and soon after, they become romantically involved despite Cage's hero schedule and receiving kisses from some grateful clients.

Did Claire Temple sleep with Daredevil?
Colter isn't concerned, joking that Claire never really had anything with his fellow Defender. "Daredevil didn't have a romance [with Claire], we didn't see that," the actor deadpans, vigorously shaking his head. "I didn't see it. My story is that she spent the night and then she slept in another bedroom.
Jessica Jones spent the night at Luke Cage's apartment and had sex with him. Jones went to the bathroom and saw a picture of Reva Connors, recognizing her as the woman that Kilgrave forced to murder. This caused Jones to promptly leave. Jones returned several nights later and again had sex with Cage, breaking his bed.
She then introduces Cage to Rand. In the second season of Luke Cage, Temple continues her relationship with Cage, but suddenly grows cautious of his personal issues, particularly with his father and the way he handles justice. After an argument, Temple asks that they "take a break" from each other.
However, in the aftermath of a battle against the Hand, Temple was forced to reevaluate her place in the city, choosing to leave Metro-General and return to Harlem, where she came back into contact with Cage.

After Elektra leaves the university, Matt and Foggy transfer to Harvard Law School. After graduating, Matt and Foggy open up a private law practice. They hire a secretary, Karen Page, with whom both Matt and Foggy fall in love.
While their relationship never turned into anything ongoing, Claire and Daredevil remained close. Claire would always be there to look after Matt, understanding how great a man he was and how much good he was doing in Hell's Kitchen. Matt, in turn, appreciated her for much the same reason.
As a film and TV work dried up, she became involved in the porn industry and turned to heroin. At her lowest, Karen told a dealer Matt's secret identity in exchange for drugs. After Matt helped her kick the habit, their relationship continued intermittently until she was killed by Bullseye.
Karen and Matt's relationship was built up over the three seasons, but Daredevil's MCU appearances seem to confirm he and Karen have split up. After a brief cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Daredevil's first major MCU appearance was in She-Hulk.
In issue #50, Cage teams up with fellow superhero Iron Fist as part of a crime-fighting duo in the renamed title Power Man and Iron Fist. He later marries the super-powered private investigator Jessica Jones, with whom he has a daughter.
Unfortunately, it looks like it ain't happening. Rosario Dawson recently spoke to Collider to promote her new movie Unforgettable, and obviously her role in the MCU came up. When asked if Claire was apart of The Punisher, Dawson said: People are busy!
While Jessica avoids romantic entanglements, largely thanks to Kilgrave, she does form a deeper connection with two men: Luke Cage and Oscar Arocho. While Jessica loved Luke and even imagined a happy future with him, their relationship became complicated by the fact that Kilgrave forced Jessica to murder Luke's wife.
Hope then killed herself, and Jessica tried to cover up her death as she continued to search for Kilgrave. Complicating matters even more, Luke was now under Kilgrave's control and had orders to kill Jessica. The only way to stop him was to shoot him, which Jessica did at point blank range.
Danielle was born to Luke Cage and Jessica Jones. As the Secret Invasion was bound to fail, the Skrull posing as Edwin Jarvis escaped Avengers Tower with Danielle; however, he did not hurt her and eventually had to return her to her parents after being threatened by Norman Osborn and his Dark Avengers.

Rebuffing reports that the show was canceled because of creative differences, Coker revealed that it actually ended because of a disagreement between Marvel and Netflix.
Cage and Jones marry. Jones appears as a supporting character in Young Avengers until the series ended. She returns in Avengers: The Children's Crusade #6 in which she, Beast, and Hawkeye attempted to defuse the situation between the Avengers and X-Men who were fighting over who was to punish the Scarlet Witch.
