When she comes over to hug Good Chucky, he pushes her out of the window, remarking that "fairies like to fly". She falls to her death, landing on a statue of the Virgin Mary. After Nadine's death, Lexy is incapable of handling it and attempts to overdose on Clonazepam.
However, after they managed to seemingly hypnotise a Chucky doll into being good, nicknamed "Good Chucky", Nadine stuck by his side as a guardian before she was ultimately murdered by him, devastating Jake, Devon, and Lexy.
Jesse knocks Chucky into his own grave with a shovel. Private investigator Lt. Preston, who has been following the case, arrives and sees Chucky alive in the grave, shocking him. Jade grabs Preston's gun and shoots Chucky several times in the chest, killing him.

Who killed Tiffany Chucky?
Chucky breaks out of the pen and electrocutes Tiffany in her bath, killing her. Afterwards he completes another voodoo chant that transfers Tiffany's soul into the Belle doll.
After her husband's funeral, she is kidnapped by Charles, but manages to call the police. Charles angered by her rejection, pulls out a knife and stabs her in the stomach before fleeing the oncoming police. Because she was pregnant with Nica, his actions cause her to be paraplegic.

Chucky and Tiffany make plans to transfer their souls into Redman and Jennifer. Tiffany knocks them out and uses a turkey baster to inseminate Jennifer with Chucky's semen, intending to use her baby as a host for Glen's soul.
Through flashbacks, Chucky explains that he was a friend of the family. He was in love with Sarah, but she was married and pregnant with Nica. Chucky killed Sarah's husband and kidnapped her some time after the funeral. After Sarah rejects him, Chucky stabs her in the stomach before fleeing from the police.

At the end of the film, Andy, his mother Karen, and two police detectives, Mike Norris and Jackie Santos, try to fight off Chucky. After he's lit on fire and loses both an arm and a leg, Karen shoots him repeatedly, and he is even beheaded. It isn't until Norris shoots Chucky in the heart that he finally dies.
One of the Chuckys tells Tiffany to kill her but Tiffany having developed feelings for Nica decapitates the doll and knocks Nica out with a sedative. When Nica awakens she is horrified to discover that Tiffany (to protect herself from Chucky) has amputated her arms and legs.
Cult ends with Chucky taking over Nica's body, his voodoo magic allowing him to make use of the woman's paralyzed legs, and escapes with Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly). Season 1 of the TV show, which takes place after Cult, revealed that Nica can sometimes regain control of her mind, prompting Ms.
