The dream scene, also known as Titanic Heaven, is the last scene of the 1997 film Titanic. Also thought to be Rose's heaven, she is reunited with Jack and his friends, along with the 1514 historical people who died in the sinking.
The most accepted interpretation, however, is that about Rose dying at the end of Titanic and arriving at the afterlife with Jack and the rest of the passengers, and if so, the white dress hints at her going to heaven with everyone else.
If I recall correctly her child was on board with old Rose and I think it was implied that this child was Rose and Jack's child. At the end of the film Rose has died and the hallucination shows Rose and Jack reunited forever in the afterlife with the approval of everyone who died on board Titanic.

Consequently, Cameron discovered Jack may have survived if Rose had given him her life jacket to insulate him from the freezing waters of the Atlantic and protect his vital organs. Despite DiCaprio's character's potential survival, Cameron maintains his death was necessary for the plot of Titanic.
