Deadpool is a mutant who has an accelerated healing factor. He can re-grow his parts or attach them if cut from his body. He is said to have cancer, which resulted in a deformed face, but he does not die due to his heavy healing factor.
When Wade Wilson was diagnosed with terminal cancer, he signed up for Weapon X experimentation. Weapon X scientists found a way to attach the healing aspect of Logan's mutation (as they had Wolverine's DNA cataloged) to Wade.

Between lost limbs and even decapitation, Wade Wilson has managed to sprout back up. And in most cases, it seems that his head is the key to regeneration success, seeing as it often has to be attached back onto his body to actually heal decapitation.
Deadpool's healing factor has allowed him to survive some incredulous feats of near-death, so the fact that it can allow him to survive a nuclear blast should not come as a huge surprise. What is a significant revelation is both that Rogue can absorb Deadpool's powers even without needing skin.

Can Deadpool lift Mjolnir?
In the end, Deadpool wasn't worthy. While he seemingly had control of Mjolnir and the strength of Thor, it was all a mirage put on by Loki to distract Thor.
Deadpool is easily one of the most powerful characters Marvel has. The fast-talking gunman seems almost fearless on the battlefield, but in reality, there's a lot that scares the Merc with the Mouth. There are two things though, that scare him above all: cows and clowns are a Deadpool weakness.
This question is answered by the fact that Deadpool's cancer hasn't actually been cured but simply put on pause, meaning it is constantly battling with his healing factor, causing his severe disfigurement, which will assumedly still be in place when Deadpool joins the MCU in Phase 5.
In multiple comics over the years, it's been established that Deadpool's healing factor is more powerful than Wolverine's. Deadpool can survive anything. If his head is cut off, he'll regrow his body over a few weeks. He can heal almost instantly from pretty much any wound.
Most likely, Deadpool would have to place his head back onto his neck, and it will then Regenerate in that location. This is also seen possible because of this, yes I know this is just epic cover art to build suspense, but it shows us that Deadpool can actively hold his head rather than it just regenerating instantly.
Eventually, Wade gets out from under Stryfe's thumb, but the real miracle is that Deadpool survives the freezer in the first place, whether he is left insane or not.
Determining who is stronger between Deadpool and Wolverine is subjective, with Wolverine being more accomplished and experienced, while Deadpool has an edge in skill, unpredictability, and healing factor. The outcome of a fight between them in Deadpool 3 would likely favor Wolverine.

Deadpool is effectively immortal, although he has died several times. He is still alive 800 years in the future when the new X-Force encounters him.
There's a reason for that. The Merc with the Mouth has an advanced healing factor derived from Wolverine's powers, but that's where those similarities end. When William Stryker pooled a bunch of mutants' powers into Wade Wilson in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, he went ahead and gave Deadpool an adamantium skeleton.
Deadpool's immortality lies in his cancer and regeneration ability. According to the comics, cancer triggered his healing powers. As a result, the cancerous cells regenerate just like the normal, healthy ones do.
Despite his remarkable healing powers, his skin does not seem to regain its original appearance, stubbornly retaining the scars. Wilson was free of such scarring before undergoing the experimental procedure that granted him his superhuman abilities. The disfigurement was a direct consequence of his newfound powers.
Funny enough, Domino isn't the only one with a fear of a particular animal, as Deadpool tells her he's scared of cows while gaining the information from her.
Characters like Blink, Domino, and Colossus have unique abilities that can give them an advantage over Deadpool. Characters with strong telepathic powers, such as Jason Stryker and Professor X, could potentially overpower Deadpool's chaotic mind.
Deadpool might have his fair share of comedic moments in the Marvel universe, but the mercenary's powers allow him to be one of the strongest Marvel characters, proficient enough to defeat and kill major Marvel heroes ranging from Captain America to The Fantastic Four.
Thanos is angered by (what he perceives to be) his lover being with somebody else. It's petty jealousy and an inability on Thanos' part to realise that he is not the person who makes Death happy. Deadpool slept with the one person Thanos thinks could truely love him, DEATH.
Thanos was truly driven mad by Deadpool. Deadpool had what Thanos always desperately craved, the attention and affection of Death. When he was experimented on as part of the Weapon X Program in Deadpool/Death '98, he was near-death on many occasions, where he met Death and developed feelings for the cosmic being.
Who would win in a fight between Thanos and Deadpool?
With so much power and infinite control over reality, Thanos is unstoppable. That's why Deadpool would certainly bite the dust if he dares face Thanos with his marvelous glove. Thanos could simply wish that Deadpool had never existed and he would win right away.
