When Harry disarmed Draco in Malfoy Manor, the Elder Wand's allegiance shifted to him. Thus, when Voldemort tried to use the Killing Curse on Harry, the Elder Wand refused to attack him. The curse backfired, defeating the Dark Lord once and for all.
This put a new protection spell around those at Hogwarts. Harry then revealed the truth about being the master of the Elder Wand. Since the Elder Wand wouldn't cast the Harry Potter Killing Curse on its owner, the spell rebounded, killing Voldemort in the process.

Why couldn't Voldemort kill Harry with Malfoy's wand?
At the beginning of this book, he measures it against Lucius Malfoy's showing he still has it and it is intact. Dumbledore explains to Harry in book 4 that since both wands contained a tail feather from Fawkes the phoenix, the couldn't face each other as they'd refuse to destroy each other pretty much.
During the Battle of the Seven Potters, Harry Potter's wand shot a stream of golden flames at Lord Voldemort of its own accord. The spell was powerful enough to break Lucius Malfoy's wand.

Why is Lucius Malfoy so weak in Deathly Hallows?
Lucius Malfoy appeared weak because he was under the constant strain under Lord Voldemort. His son had already failed him in not having enough courage to kill Dumbledore and also, his family's life and his were under constant threat of death as they didn't search for Lord Voldemort when he was not fully functional.
Why is it a big deal that Voldemort took Lucius wand?
After being released, Lucius regained the wand, but it was taken by Lord Voldemort in order to solve Voldemort's problem with his and Harry Potter's wand sharing the same core. The wand was destroyed during the Battle of the Seven Potters while in Voldemort's possession.
Given that it contained overwhelming magic, the Elder Wand simply refused to obey anyone who was inferior in terms of power. As such, it would have presumably accepted Voldemort as its new master if he had thought to defeat or kill Draco Malfoy.
In the battle that ensued, the prophecy was destroyed, and Lucius and his comrades were imprisoned in Azkaban in 1996. Although Voldemort broke them out of prison in 1997, he was displeased with Lucius for his failures and treated the Malfoys with much disdain and abuse.

In the final movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows pt. 2, Molly first hits Bella with a spell that freezes her, most likely Petrificus Totalus. Then, she launches another one that shatters her entire body into pieces, which could be expelliarmus, bombarda, stupefy, or any spell that can produce such an effect.
In the build-up to Snape's death, Voldemort used his wand to cut the throat of the Potions Professor before uttering the fateful order: “Nagini, kill”. The snake then repeatedly attacks Snape, resulting in a bloody and violent death.
During his final confrontation with Voldemort, Harry knew that he (Harry) was the Elder Wand's true master. He again cast Expelliarmus, ejecting the wand from Voldemort's hand into his own as the Killing Curse rebounded off his body, fatally striking Voldemort.

Snape's death by Nagini highlighted his loyalty to Dumbledore and Harry, showing his true allegiance in the end. Voldemort used Nagini to kill Snape instead of Avada Kedavra, possibly signaling a hidden respect or hope for Snape.
The prevailing theory has been that Voldemort gradually lost his nose (and humanity) throughout his life due to his exclusive use of Dark Magic. The more Dark Magic he tapped into, the less human he became both figuratively and literally. This was only amplified as he split his soul to create the Horcruxes.
In his memoir, Felton said that Fiennes improvised Voldemort awkwardly hugging Draco Malfoy. "It gave me goosebumps then, and the memory gives me goosebumps now," Felton wrote.
Later life. Lucius and Draco's crimes were forgiven due to their abandonment of Voldemort and his cause and Narcissa's lie to the Dark Lord that saved Harry Potter's life in the Forbidden Forest in the Battle of Hogwarts. None of them served time in Azkaban.
Rowling commented that "The moment Draco got what he thought he wanted, to become a Death Eater, and given a mission by Lord Voldemort, as he did in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, reality finally hit him" because his dream was "so very different".
Harry was the true master of the Elder Wand at this point. Voldemort began to realize that the Elder Wand wasn't obeying him as it should. He believed that Snape was the true owner since he killed Dumbledore and had Nagini kill him.
Ollivander confesses that he told Voldemort to look to Gregorovitch for the wand, because Gregorovitch was rumored to possess it. However, though Ollivander knows about the history of the Elder Wand and its powers, he doesn't know about the Deathly Hallows or the wand's connection to the other artifacts.
They know she's an impostor. They've been warned", so obviously the request for the wand was unexpected even to him. It's thus pretty safe to conclude that the real Bellatrix had reported her wand stolen and alerted Gringotts prior to the trio's attempted break in.
