In the film tie-in The Lord of the Rings: Weapons and Warfare, the Northern Orcs recruited by Saruman are referred to as Saruman's Orcs. Tolkien never stated that they are grown, and that Orcs are descended from the first elves that Morgoth approached before the other Valar had found them. He tortured and ruined them. They're essentially bastardized elves, since Morgoth could not create life on his own. That's supposed to be the realm of Iluvatar alone.
Orcs have fast gestation periods, lasting only 5 - 6 months from conception to birth, and it's rare for them to have only one child, where it is common for them to have Sextuplets, or Octuplets at once.

They can. It is specifically stated that Saruman bred orcs with humans to create beings not afraid of sunlight. Frodo saw one of these in Bree, and others were seen at the battle of Helm's Deep.

Despite hobbits being more closely related to humans than humans are to elves (Tolkien 1967, Prologue), there is no mention of successful matings between hobbits and humans, or between hobbits and any of the other hominids of Middle-Earth.
Are all the Orcs in Middle Earth females? Nope. The characters portrayed in the book are all males (Grishnak, Ugluk, etc); females do not appear in the story but they exist since Orcs reproduces in the same manner as the Children of Iluvatar.

Since their will was not bound to Sauron now, it is more likely that they ran away in terror and scattered across Middle-earth. After Sauron's defeat, Aragorn and his army killed the remaining Orcs in Mordor.
Morgoth, the first to reign terror upon Middle-earth, was more powerful than Sauron and commanded an army of dragons and Balrogs. While both Morgoth and Sauron were cunning, Morgoth's rule and terror lasted longer and his corruption spread further, making him more formidable in the Lord of the Rings universe.

They live for millennia, so being pregnant for one hundred years is actually not that bad when you look at it that way.
