Powers. Anya possesses the proportionate powers and abilities of a spider, given to her after treating herself with an experimental cure to the Spider-Island Virus. As a result, she received off-shoot powers of Spider-Man; with the addition of Organic Web-Shooters.

May Parker inherited many of her abilities from her father, Peter Parker. May possesses superhuman strength but has less than her father, can leap several stories high, and can cover the width of a city block. Spider-Girl's reflexes are also heightened to levels well beyond that of an ordinary human.

Cassandra "Cassie" Webb is a paraplegic blind woman, and former New York City Fire Department paramedic. After a near-death experience triggered her clairvoyant powers, Webb was forced to use her new abilities to protect Julia Cornwall, Mattie Franklin and Anya Corazón from Ezekiel Sims.
Gwendolyn Maxine "Gwen" Stacy is a Visions Academy student who was bitten by a radioactive spider which granted her superhuman abilities causing her to become the super-heroine known as Spider-Woman. She would go on to become her city's line of defence against multiple villains including Doctor Octopus and the Vulture.
Her "spider-sense" led her to Brooklyn Visions Academy, where she would meet Miles, who is unaware of her identity as Spider-Woman. She introduces herself under the alias "Wanda" (mistaken by Miles as "Gwanda").
When the villain proved unable to help, Spider-Woman offered a transfusion of her own blood, to extend her radiation/toxin immunity power to Foster. The procedure worked—but caused Jessica to lose the power for herself.
May "Mayday" Parker is the first child of Peter and Mary Jane Parker in a future, alternate universe. Peter and Mary Jane were reunited with their baby daughter by Kaine, who found the child living with Alison Mongrain, the con-artist who had kidnapped the baby on instruction from the Green Goblin.
The two characters most associated with Spider-Girl are May Parker from the MC2 line and Anya Corazon. May Parker is Peter and MJ's teenage daughter from an alternate future. She debuted in a What IF and then was spun off into her own series and a short lived MC2 line of comics.
Jessica Drew's son, Gerry, has been missing and it is revealed that he is closer than she thought, but he is now a changed person from the child she once knew. Gerry's disappearance and transformation were orchestrated by Hydra to steal decades of Drew's life with her son and turn him against her.
Making her debut in 1977's Marvel Spotlight, Jessica Drew has proven quite popular. This version of the character will be featured in Across The Spider-Verse. However, she wasn't the first Spider-Woman. That honor belongs to a Black woman named Valerie.
His current superhero name Spin came from Gwen's suggestion of calling him Spider Spin, leading to him choosing the name Spin, in the short WEB-STER when he has to come up with a new superhero name so that WEB-Ster will not be confused. He is the first member of Team Spidey to have both his parents shown on screen.
While on Earth-616, Spider-Gwen teams up with Spider-Man. When asked who she is while in costume, Gwen hesitates; Earth-616 already has a Spider-Woman. She settles on the name Ghost-Spider as an ode to her dead multiverse counterparts. After all, “Death loves Gwen Stacy.”
George Stacy is a supporting character that appears in Marvel's Spidey and his Amazing Friends. He is the father of Gwen Stacy, and the husband of Detective Helen Stacy. Like everyone else, he is unaware that his daughter Gwen Stacy is Ghost Spider, and her friends Peter Parker and Miles Morales are Spidey and Spin.
You get the sense it's a one sided crush even at the end but we start the 2nd film seeing that Gwen has been thinking about Miles since she went back to her own world. When you really think about it, the events of the 2nd half of ATSV only happen because she misses him.
It turns out that some species of ghost spiders are among the spiders known to feed on nectar from flowers or from extra-floral nectaries. Some spiders eat sap, honeydew from aphids, pollen, spores, or even fruit (they bite the fruit, inject a tenderizer and wait a bit, just like they do when they catch an insect).
During the final fight between Madame Web and Ezekiel Sims, Cassie is thrown into the water where she's hit with a blast from one of the explosions. It's this blast that blinds and paralyzes Cassie, as seen when Julia fishes her out of the water and the three girls revive her.
Madame Web was a victim of myasthenia gravis, a disorder of neuromuscular junction transmission. As a result, she became entirely dependent on external life support for survival. This is no longer the case as she was cured of the condition some time ago. She is also blind and relies on her powers to compensate.
