According to Wolverine, he and Quicksilver met sometime after 2006, stating that Quicksilver can get into anywhere. This implies that Quicksilver ages at a slower rate and likewise has not lost any speed despite being around 67 years old.
He is Magneto's son. Magneto was in his early teens during WW2, so Quicksilver must be born in the late 40s at the earliest. In Days of Future Past, which is set in 1973, he must be past 18, since there seems to be a bit of shame for him living with his mom.
In the comics, Magneto discovers the truth before Wanda and Pietro during The Vision and the Scarlet Witch mini-series. He learns from Bova of Wundagore that his wife Magda was pregnant with twins when she left him and those twins grew up to become Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch.

Why does Magneto hate Quicksilver?
Believing Magneto to be responsible, they attacked him and his family in Genosha. There, Layla Miller restored his memory as well, and the heroes realized that Quicksilver had been the one to manipulate Wanda into warping reality. Angry over what his son had done in his name, Magneto lashed out and killed Pietro.
The Flash is faster - and it ain't even close. Quicksilver's top speed is Mach 10 - a little slower than 8000 miles per hour. This makes him one of the fastest beings in the Marvel universe, with only the likes of Marvel's heaviest hitters (Sentry, Blue Marvel, etc.) being able to eclipse Pietro in terms of raw speed.
Quicksilver is comparatively slower in just about every metric. His feats fall firmly within the hypersonic spectrum, which is nothing to sneeze at, but almost laughably inconsequential when Flash is faster than light on a bad day.
So technically, Wanda should be about 33 in WandaVision - and Pietro would be as well if he lived. Instead, Pietro seems to be the same age he was when he died, which makes him still 26. Weirdly, Pietro is now the younger of the Maximoff twins by virtue of Wanda living two extra years before she died in the Snap.
This means he was born sometime in the 1930s. That puts Magneto's age in the nineties. The only reason he isn't older is because of the various de-aging rays and clone bodies he's inhabited. So, while he looks like he's in his thirties, his actual age is closer to one hundred.

Wanda was devastated by Pietro's death at the hands of Ultron, to the point she said to Ultron that she just 'died'. Pietro originally desired to destroy the Avengers and in particular, Tony Stark for revenge, to the point they decided to join Ultron when he said he shared the same goal.
After Wanda is rescued, Pietro and his sister rejoin the team. During one mission Quicksilver is wounded by a Sentinel and is found by Crystal, a member of the Inhumans. Crystal nurses Pietro back to health, and the pair are eventually married.

As she becomes an Avenger, Wanda Maximoff develops a good relationship with many in the Super Hero community. Her first and foremost ally is her twin brother, Pietro Maximoff, who stands by and tries to protect her in the wake of their parents' death.
In the comics, Godspeed is a few notches faster than Barry Allen as shown in the above photo where he struggled to keep up with him. The only way Barry was able to stop the villainous speedster was to "short-circuit" both their connections to the Speed Force, which temporarily cuts off their super speed.

Many see the Avengers' Quicksilver as Marvel's version of The Flash, but he might have competition in this role from an unexpected source. The ghastly Ghost Rider is a dark, supernatural antihero who appears to be nothing like The Flash at first glance.
