Biography. Pietro Lensherr, a.k.a. Quicksilver, is the son of mutant supremacist Magneto and twin brother of Wanda. Magneto abandoned their human mother when the twins were children, taking them with him as he founded the Brotherhood of Mutants with Charles Xavier, whom the children regarded as an uncle.
But it wasn't long before Wanda and her brother discovered the true secret origin of their powers, and that Magneto was never actually their father! While Pietro was made a speedster, Wanda was an experimental mage empowered by the High Evolutionary, born to Romani parents and altered shortly after their birth.
Does Magneto ever find out that Quicksilver is his son?
In the comics, Magneto discovers the truth before Wanda and Pietro during The Vision and the Scarlet Witch mini-series. He learns from Bova of Wundagore that his wife Magda was pregnant with twins when she left him and those twins grew up to become Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch.
In “X-Men: Days of Future Past” we are introduced to Peter Maximoff, an Americanized version of Pietro who is the son of Erik Lehnsherr, AKA, Magneto. In “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” we are introduced to Wanda and Pietro Maximoff, humans who gained powers after being experimented on by Hydra agent Baron Strucker.

In X-Men: Apocalypse, the character takes on a much larger narrative role. Maximoff is revealed to be the son of Erik Lehnsherr / Magneto, who is unaware of this son. Peters stated of the film, "I have learned that he's my father at this point ...
Both sides know what they own. They both had the rights to the characters. "Marvel Studios decided to kill of Quicksilver due to Fox having bigger plans for that character, and not confuse the audience with two Quicksilvers in different franchises."
Believing Magneto to be responsible, they attacked him and his family in Genosha. There, Layla Miller restored his memory as well, and the heroes realized that Quicksilver had been the one to manipulate Wanda into warping reality. Angry over what his son had done in his name, Magneto lashed out and killed Pietro.
Although he has plenty of alternate timeline children and even a clone or two, there are three children for whom Magneto is most well known: Wanda, Pietro, and Lorna.
The Flash is faster - and it ain't even close. Quicksilver's top speed is Mach 10 - a little slower than 8000 miles per hour. This makes him one of the fastest beings in the Marvel universe, with only the likes of Marvel's heaviest hitters (Sentry, Blue Marvel, etc.) being able to eclipse Pietro in terms of raw speed.
The 2015–2017 Scarlet Witch series reveals that Wanda and Pietro's adoptive parents, Django and Marya Maximoff, are biologically their aunt and uncle. Their real mother is confirmed to be Natalya Maximoff, the previous Scarlet Witch, a Serbian Roma sorceress whose father was the Scarlet Warlock.
Scarlet witch's biggest weakness is her durability. The only mode of defence was her powers. So her durability depended on her powers. She had two different stages in her power: before Infinity war and after Endgame.
Polaris is the daughter of Magneto and one of the earliest recruits to the X-Men. With metal manipulation abilities that rival her father's, Polaris has used these gifts to combat super villainy alongside the X-Men and X-Factor.
Can Magneto lift Mjolnir with his metal powers? Yes he can,, but he won't get any powers. Still though having an indestructible hammer to manipulate is pretty handy With that being said Thor can also use Mjolnir to remove Magnetos forcefields …
Charles Xavier later erased the details of Nightcrawler's birth from both Destiny and Mystique's minds at Destiny's request. Nightcrawler's siblings include his adoptive sister Rogue and half-brother Graydon Creed by Mystique.
WHO IS QUICKSILVER? Born to a Serbian-Transian couple, Django and Marya Maximoff, Pietro and his twin sister, Wanda, were born with innate special powers. While Pietro had phenomenal speed, Wanda possessed hex abilities.
Quicksilver has the superhuman ability to move at great speeds. In most depictions, he is a mutant, a human born with innate superhuman powers. In comic book stories beginning in 2015, he is the product of genetic experimentation by the High Evolutionary.
Powers. Quicksilver is an Alpha mutant, allowing him to move at lightning speed. He had super-fast reflexes and his brain actually processed information much faster than most computers.
If Quicksilver had survived Avengers: Age of Ultron and Hawkeye died, it appears that Pietro would've taken a place on the New Avengers roster. He saw the positive aspect of what the Avengers could be during the third act and worked alongside the rest of the heroes to stop Ultron.
Ultron is eventually destroyed by Ares of the New Avengers using a computer virus (created by the Skrull Criti Noll impersonating Pym) to wipe Ultron's program from Iron Man's armor, changing Stark back to normal. Ultron's image later briefly appears on one of his maker's computers.
After the battle, the Hulk, now knowing how his fellow Avengers feel about him, leaves the team in anger. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Hulk quit the Avengers as a form of self-sacrifice. He believed himself a threat to everyone, including Black Widow, and he left the team, and Earth.
